Honestly I would give this hotel 5 stars, but the “extra fees” really irked me. The price was decent, up to the point where you add the “fees”. I don’t think it’s fair to be charged for the gym or pool that I didn’t even use or intend to use, but it is what it is. I wish it were an option to add those services into your room price if you intend to use them during your stay. Over all the hotel was decent. It was clean, it had all the amenities we needed. We had a king size bed, plenty of space. After a long day of walking, it was definitely comfortable to lay in. House keeping did a great job attending to our room while we were out during the day. The closet had everything we needed, hangers, a safe, and an iron to iron/steam our clothes. The floor was a dark colored carpet which did not look or feel dirty at all. We did not intend to be in our room most of our stay anyway, so it was great for the basic necessities, sleeping and resting. I liked the fact that everything was accessible in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice weekend getaway!

Excellent experience! Hotel was super clean and they pay attention to every small detail. We went for a few days to see a concert and the venue was the best I have ever experienced in Vegas. I would rate this hotel 5 stars all day long! We had an amazing view from our room. Very fun and Lively property. We had a fantastic time on the slot machines and they paid very well. More different slots than most properties. The dining options were simply amazing so many restaurants you can eat at a different place every single day. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel itself is in a great location and centrally located to much of the strip. The rooms are nice and it appears they are attempting some updates. The service desk had amazing help even though we checked in at 2am after our red eye flight. The in-house casino has tons of playing options and some great restaurants. It also has an attached shopping mall area that has even more eating options. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would do so again with no hesitation.

Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas is one of the hotels I like because of the location. I like the shopping mall attached to the hotel, and the parking garage is very close to the shopping center, especially in the summer. Some hotels/casinos have a long walk in the parking garages. It is the same as walking inside an oven in the summertime. The rooms are pretty comfortable, and some have the Fountain views. It was so beautiful!

Came here for a week. First time ever staying at PH. Asked for an upgrade at check in and the lady amazingly gave us a suite. Awesome room, although not the cleanest, it's better than other places I've stayed. Lots of broken stuff on the property. Elevators and escalators not working. Info panels stuck in windows error screens. The one thing that is absolutely horrible here is the parking. Self park is pay now, and it's on the opposite end of the Miracle Mile Mall. You have to drag all your luggage through the mall to get to the hotel. And it's not a short walk. Not to mention NO signs to indicate this. Plus conveniently, the maps in the mall were all broken on our arrival, so that was fun to figure out as well. The price for rooms here however can't be beat for the location. One of the best spots on the strip.

My husband and I visited Las Vegas for our honeymoon this month as I had never been! We rented a car as we wanted to do more activities than just on the strip. With that being said, unless you pay for valet parking at the hotel you'll have to walk through half of the 'mall' area to get to the parking garage. Not a huge deal but keep that in mind! As for our room, we got there earlier than check in and paid for early check in due to that. We spoke with someone at the desk and were told we were marked down and to check back in around an hour later, she was NOT friendly at all about it. We came back an hour later and they didn't have our information saved for early check in. We reserved early check in on the kiosk instead as we had an early flight that morning and wanted to just get into a room. We then got an email saying our room was ready but when we went back to the kiosk it said it wasn't. That whole fiasco took a couple of hours to figure out. When we finally got into the room, not only did we notice our window had a large net covering the entire thing from the outside but the cleanliness of it was not up to what we thought it would be for a hotel like that. We had a strip view and were looking forward to people watching as again, this was my first time in Vegas. I pondered for a while and finally decided to go down and request a new room. From what I gathered, they put those screens up to deter people from watching the F1 race which is absurd in itself. The gentleman assisting us with the room switch made us feel horrible about it and like we were a burden. I feel like if you're going to have something obstructing the view you should note that when someone reserves a room with you. Anyways, we moved rooms and received one with a more tight-fitting net (since that was inevitable) so we could at least see the view from a distance, standing up close to it wasn't a possibility as it messes with your eyesight due to the net. It was frustrating to say the least and were left feeling very cheated out of our view that we paid for. As for housekeeping, they didn't come in at all while we were there (4 days) despite there being no sign on the door when we left. Overall, the staff was not friendly at all and could use some work in their hospitality training seeing as that's what they're there to do... If we could do this trip over again, we would stay somewhere else. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, which you can find at any hotel on the strip. Spend the little extra more and find something nicer!

Very good service, especially over the last few years. Took care of any room issues we had at the beginning of our stay this most recent visit. Great location on the strip, super convenient shops and restaurants attached and nearby. Easy to make reservations for everything on the app. Nice and clean smoking rooms when needed. Great stay and will continue to stay here for future visits!

Very disappointed in our stay. We planned a long weekend in Vegas and one of the main things we planned on doing during the day was to enjoy the pool area. AFTER we arrived ANOTHER GUEST informed us that the entire pool area was closed. The front desk confirmed it was closed for "maintenance" for an unknown time period. I complained that the guest should be informed at check in, on website, and/or by email. GUESTS ARE NOT PROPERLY INFORMED OF THIS MAJOR AMENITY NOT BEING AVAILABLE, especially during summer months. I WQULD NOT HAVE STAYED HERE IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE IS NO POOL ACCESS FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS. We were told we could use the pool at sister hotels nearby.... well if you aware of how large the hotels are in Vegas, this involved a 20 minute walk (minimum) through public areas full of people with a wet bathing suit and all your pool supplies and a cover-up. NO THANKS. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. Not communicating with guests, not apologizing for the HUGE AMENITY not being available, and not offers of staying elsewhere. Also large nasty stains on carpet on our floor, room was not cool enough at night, and even on high floors the smell of cigarette smoke was strong.

Decent place to stay and a great location. Slightly uncomfortable beds and worse pillows. I stayed for 4 nights and the first two I woke up like 6-7 times. The room is decently nice, we had some stuff that was missed in cleaning and even after requesting our room to be cleaned, they never showed up. However, the room all in all wasn’t bad. The restaurant downstairs is pretty great for breakfast and all the areas surrounding are nice as well. This hotel is definitely a “stay here for the location” type, rather than it being a great hotel. If you’re planning not to be in the hotel much, this is the place for you. It’s a decently priced, decently clean place to sleep and unwind after a long day/night on the strip.

Didn't stay at Planet Hollywood. We visited the Casino often during our time in Las Vegas. Great location! The sports book is small which was more fun to get to know the people around you. The only downside was lack of table space. The open tables were always full and there were enough people standing behind the tables, waiting for an open seat, to fill at least four more tables easily. The Pleasure Pit was a great touch. Planet Hollywood remains one of our favorite haunts!

I stayed at Planet Hollywood last week, arriving earlier than the normal check in time. I was quoted $50 to be able to check in early. Fine, I checked my bags and checked in a while later and they didn’t charge the earlier fee. The beds are super uncomfortable and pillows look fluffy, but are super flat when slept on. The room was clean and spacious, so that was good. The front desk did promptly take care of items such as loud neighbors and the AC not working. But they didn’t offer any solution to the bed springs poking me. I love the location of the hotel, smack dab in the middle of the strip. A few tweaks and this would have been the best hotel.

PH was a great place to stay in Vegas. Very well organized and easy to get around. The staff at all levels were kind, helpful and cared. If I got lost, someone would help me. Great security. I always felt safe. The rooms were spacious and clean. Also very reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay at PH Vegas very much.

1st time here, definitely more of a party hotel for younger crowd. Could use some maintenance. Don't like that there is no one around to help or explain when you check in. Ladies bring your own mirror. No full length mirrors or magnifying for makeup. There is a little more but not awful.

The room was fine. Check-in was a disaster. Lines were 20 people deep. They had kiosks for fast check-in, but most people could not use them to check in. There is no one to ask questions to because the lines are so long. Lost and found is not manned nor was the security desk for most of the time. trying to get help finding a lost item was a joke! However,The conference room staff was EXCELLENT!! The staff for our conference went above and beyond!!

It took about four days for our room to get clean and that was only after I ran into housekeeping and asked them to clean our room. The front desk service was excellent everybody is very nice and pleasant check-out was the same I extended our checkout time because we had a late flight. The room was big for two queen size beds. Everything was clean no noise throughout the hallway even though we were in Vegas. Planet Hollywood is connected to a mall and it also has a couple restaurants inside and a nightclub. Very nice hotel glad that I chose it, it's right on the Vegas strip as well.

update - my traveling companions received a slight refund for the exact same concerns I had brought forward and the resort pretty much told me to go pound sand. Very disappointed. The rooms are absolutely disgusting, I have attempted to reach the hotel and have had no response and there was no use complaining at the front desk as the gentleman didn't care and was very dismissive. Shower door had built up dirt and grime, hinge was coming off, floor looked like something was smeared all over it, by the toilet all these gross drops of something, doors and door jams had visible dirt all over and possible bodily fluids and makeup. Never had our room clean during our stay and garbage taken out. Could have cared less if bed was made but by the time we left the garbage's were overflowing. We chose this hotel for the adult only pool to not have it open our entire stay and was told by staff "maybe tomorrow" when checking in we were surprised that we were being told we would be placed in a 2 queen room when we had booked a king. The front desk clerk told us there were only queens and that our booking was only a preference. 2 people down with another clerk our friends were checking in same time to be asked if they wanted a queen or king room. Imagine our shock when we were heading to our rooms as they selected queen originally. The front desk clerk the next day when we asked if we could switch rooms to be closer to our friends and have a king had no problem with the request and made it happen. The internet is poor and we kept dropping it as we moved through the hotel to another room, to the pool or casino. Definitely will not go back to this hotel in Vegas. Location was great, it is close to lots of attractions, shops but cleanliness is not there for the price you pay in room then resort fee on top of that. Can definitely stay in a nicer hotel and cleaner for less. Update received an email from hotel. Not willing to work with us and the concerns we raised about the room. If you are dismissed from the front desk instant you are making a formal complaint. Apparently they will only consider refunding for disgusting rooms if a formal complaint is lodged in person. We tried and were dismissed. Did the Canadian polite thing and decided to take it to email to resolve. Nope was told absolutely no refund. Whoever is emailing could definitely use a lesson in communication and kindness.

I highly recommend Planet Hollywood. It is in a great place on the strip. The front desk staff was nice, the bell service was prompt and friendly when receiving our bags and delivering them. The rooms were clean and while we chose not to receive room service, when we asked for towels they were delivered in a timely manner. The text service to have towels delivered was convenient. Also, the price for our room was reasonable.

What a pleasant surprise! We normally stay at the Wynn but wanted to try something else. The casino was nicely laid out and plenty of food options "especially for a picky eater like me". It is also connected to Miracle Mile Mall which has a nice variety of shops and food. Lastly the room was pretty nice and modern. Comfortable bed, mini fridge, and nice bathroom with separate shower and tub. We WILL be back!!!

We've stayed at quite a few places in Las Vegas. Planet Hollywood was pretty great other than their elevator issues in the North Tower. It took forever to get to our room or to get down to the casino or lobby for the whole weekend we were there. We had to plan our days around it so we weren't standing there for an extra 40 minutes. It did seem to finally get fixed the day we left. But I gave it four stars because the rooms were wonderful, and our view was outstanding. The pool, even on a cold day was wonderful with a great staff that was attentive and kind and brought wonderful drinks. The nightlife is a little louder than we're used to but everything made for a fun time. I wish they had more restaurants that were the casino's (it's just Gordon Ramsey's Burger and a pizza joint). But the other ones nearby are affordable and have a lot of good choices for vegetarian, vegan, or meatless eaters. Everything is pretty expensive but that's Vegas. We had a great time without breaking the bank, and we left happy and had great stories to tell! Thank you, Planet Hollywood.

A nice place to stay. It's close to middle of the strip, letting you easily walk to most attractions. The rooms are not the newest or shiniest, but everything was clean and well kept, and the room was fairly spacious for the price point. The mini fridge had seen better days(over due for a defrost cycle - i'm guessing the controls were somewhere in the small glacier at the back), but still kept our drinks cold. We had a double queen room and I read reviews that said there was no fridge except in the suites, so I was pleasantly surprised to find one. No coffee maker, though. The deep soaking tub was a nice plus. Pictures are the view from the room.

When we first arrived we weee told to use the kiosk to check in so we did. We asked if our room as decent and or if we could upgrade (didn’t ask for free) for something better. The attended acted too busy to care but said it would be a nice room so we got to the room and the view was weird. Couldn’t even tell you were in Vegas. You could only see the roof of what I guess was the lobby. There were pistachios on the floor, hair in the bed and clothes in one of the drawers and dust was on pretty much everything and the room smelled musty. I went to customer service downstairs which was a 45 min wait. I asked if we could be moved because of the condition of the room and our only options were to upgrade to another room and that the charge would be 35 a night for one and 50 a night for the other. We went ahead and took the 35 up charge and bit the bullet (i feel like it should have been free). We got to this room and it was dusty as the other ones. The bathrooms weren’t very clean either. Was a better view but not worth the charge we were charged. Lots of broken stuff. Elevators need work big time. Nothing seemed to be cared for here. The property needs a major update. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms were modern, large, and very clean. I loved the bathroom! The deep soaking tub was so nice. Staff was super friendly and responsive even though it was a very busy weekend. Will absolutely be coming back. Only complaint is that the buffet is closed and I wished there had been a better selection of quick/less formal restaurants in the Miracle Mile mall.

We checked in late due to a long travel day and were told they were sold out of the room we had reserved (standard king) and so we got a free upgrade to this killer suite! Staff was nice and quick to get folks checked in since the line was growing! Room was pretty clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

The rooms were clean & nicely decorated. We had a great view of the strip/Bellagio fountain. All of the staff members that we encountered were very friendly. There is a great selection of eateries of all price ranges.

Have seen rooms in better condition, but very large and with a simple design (good). Cleaning leaves a potential. Be prepared that traveling by car to go sightseeing is very time consuming. Hotel fee is $52 per day which is a fee for staying at the hotel and is an addition to the price of the room (not that you get anything else for that fee). Minibar is optional. No electricity in bath for hairdryer or shaver. Very kind and service minded employees that responds to your request. Pool area is public due to level of security and security perimeter. Same is true for other areas of the hotel apart from the rooms of course. Missed the buffet restaurant that existed before covid. Hotel is true to it's gaming, and overnight accommodations appears to be second to that.

Overall, PH was a good hotel for my most recent Las Vegas stay. Room was clean, had a decent view and there were plenty of food/activity options between the hotel and the Miracle Mile shops attached. It's in a great location along the strip too. One downside were the pillows. They were a bit flimsy. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room. It could be offset by having a fridge we could actually use (very rare on the strip), but I wish I'd realized. Also, I felt like more restaurants could have counted towards Caesars Rewards. But overall, we had a great time and had a safe, clean place to sleep.

Absolutely ridiculous service from the front desk. Checked into our room to find only 3 pillows on the bed. Zero spare pillows provided in the room. Called front desk and asked for 2 more. I was told No problem and they would be sent up asap. A hour later I was still waiting, so I called front desk again. To be told that the entire resort has run out of pillows and there are in fact NO spares to send. Then was told that the initial request was never placed. We flew 13 hours across the world from Australia and then drove from LA airport. All we wanted and needed was a good nights sleep on our first night and now I’m bunching my clothes up to use as a spare pillow. Absolutely ridiculous. Great start to our honeymoon..

We upgraded to a suite which had fantastic views over the fountain. Huge space with a great bed and swinging bed in the lounge!!! There was no power socket in the kitchenette for the coffee machine and we had to put it on a stool in the lounge. (1st world problem, but surprised this was the case). Overall, highly recommended.

We checked on using the kiosk Sunday. Fast and easy. Room was nice. However- it’s Tuesday and nobody has come to clean our room or take the garbage. We had to call for towels. Brutal. The pools loungers have to be rented or you have to sit on the main deck no where near the pool. Yet yesterday most of the loungers were no being used. That’s not fair. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and each time we wanted to go swim we had to go all the way around the ramp. Let people sit there if nobody is using them! We did get a $75 food and beverage credit but then housekeeping didn’t come Wednesday either. Not cool.

Firstly, we always stay at Planet Hollywood when we come to Vegas. But this last visit was beyond poor and unsanitary. We stayed here this past August 2023 for four nights. They gave us a room that was not clean, and the previous guest's hair was all over the shower. DISGUSTING! The bed sheet felt itchy as if I was getting bitten by something; come to find out later on the news, Planet Hollywood has bed bugs! Yeah, I'm pretty sure I got bitten! No one came to clean our room after requesting room service for the day. I asked for two towels, and it took them 6 hours to get me my towels! So that I could shower, I had an early flight the early morning. It was ridiculous. I went to voice my concern to the front check-in staff; they made a scene and excused us of trying to get the room comped for free. NO! NEVER AGAIN. For $350 a night, I'll stay somewhere else where guests are treated better. I will not be returning to this uncleaned hotel. There are better places you can stay in Vegas, and this is NOT IT.

Good location. Rooms are a bit dated, but overall clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our room on the NW side in the North Tower had a great view of Paris and Bellagio. We enjoyed the perspective of watching the fountains from the room.

I think 4 stars best represents our experience. Overall we enjoyed staying here but not quite 5 stars. The check in / check out experience (Thursday-Sunday) was kind of a nightmare with so many guests at the kiosks and 2 workers. Would have been much better with more workers. Miracle Miles shops access was awesome. Food options close by were probably best on the strip! Earl of sandwich, pin up pizza, and Gordon Ramsey Burger were all amazing. Pool was freezing cold (in April). Rooms were nice and bathroom was impressive with new modern up scale touches! Casino was pretty expensive for our budget. Overall it was a fine experience but there are so many options to try out next time, not sure if we’ll be back to PH.

I've stayed at Planet Hollywood at least 5 times. I've stayed both in the ultra-hip and Ultra resort rooms. The rooms are well appointed with nice furnishings and bathrooms. But, they're always slightly lacking on cleaning and maintenance. I've never stayed in a room that didn't have clear tape on the walls, I suspect from people putting up decorations. Some rooms have had stains on the wall likely from people popping champagne, and the inside of the door in the water closet is always dirty. The maintenance team also needs to replace the silicon on the tub and shower, sometimes the wallpaper around the shower is showing water damage. Furniture sometimes has laminate pealing off, or doors/drawers that don't close properly. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but the pricing is always good, beds are comfortable enough, and you can't beat the location center strip. The hotel would be just about perfect if Caesars spent more time on repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. I feel like MGM properties are a bit better at this.

We had a 5 night stay at Planet Hollywood. Overall it was a good experience. The rooms are decent size and not too small. Our safe in the room didn't work and the mini fridge wasn't very cold but the room was clean and tidy. The pool is actuayquite big and very clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The elevators took a long time each time we needed to use it though. It's on the strip so everything is in walking distance which is good. Having to go through the casino to get to the strip and back was a bit confusing the first couple days because of how the casino area is setup. The elevators are kind of hidden inside the casino area but got a bit used to it after couple days.

Extremely clean room! Smelled fantastic and seemed as if it was brand new or newly remodeled. Customer service has been fantastic so far. The casino floor is open 24/7 and you can pick up a sandwich anytime even when the other restaurants are closed. The bar has excellent drinks and service. Very pleased.

Well I honestly expected MORE AND BETTER.. this was my family and I first time in Vegas. We’ve been to several other hotels and resorts in other states and countries and by far this was the most unpleasant one. My first room tub was filthy and the shower did not drain, collecting water at the bottom of the shower as each of us showered, one of the drawers for clothing did not open( broke), and the fridge door was also broken, not to mention the several stains in the Carpet. I couldn’t take it anymore so The next morning I called the front desk for a room change. I was told to come down to the desk which I packed up my family and headed down there to get a new room. Once in the new room I noticed that the tub in that room was disgusting and dirty inside as well, the toilet area ceiling had the beginning stages of mold forming, the nightstand needed to be replace due to the wood coming completely off the sides of it. I paid for a late check out on my last day. My family and I went out for lunch then was locked out our room. The front desk told me to come down there and I refused, telling them to send someone up to my room, It wasn’t my fault that PLANET HOLLYWOOD did not make sure my key worked until 6pm we waited over ten minutes for security to arrive .I will NEVER stay there nor refer anyone, I will actually tell them to avoid this place. Last but not least the front staff had little to no information on the hotel or surrounding area our first day there, we had to figure everything out ourselves “as tourists” in their hotel.

Excellent customer service. The room was great. It was clean and decorated nice. There was a tub with jets and stand alone shower. A lot of counter space and the toilet was it's own area with a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not. There's a fridge tucked away under the desk. The room was spacious and housekeeping changed our towels and made the beds daily. There's an adjoined mall. The ABC store is a hidden gem. You can buy snacks and left behind essentials (toothbrushes, t shirts etc). The gift shop is pretty pricey. Overall, the casino is nice and there are plenty of food shops to choose from. I definitely recommend!

Great value for money, but after all the walking was expecting bottled water in the room! I understand that there is water for sale in the gift shop but including water in the room rate would be a great idea. The view from my room on the 35th floor was fabulous and the room was spacious too. I wish the towels were softer. The housekeeping staff paid great attention to detail where cleaning rooms were concerned

Location can't be beat it's in the dead center of the strip. We had a room with an incredible view of the fountain but the room itself was really nothing special at all. Casino at night was lots of fun. Overall fun place to be. Mall attached to it was also great for shopping and getting a quick bite throughout the day. Did not seem like other hotels had the same food options other than maybe Excalibur.

Our room was spacious and clean. The ceilings are rather low, which causes it to not feel as nice as some resorts and may be problematic for very tall individuals. Vegas Blvd is just a short walk through the casino and the location of the hotel was perfect and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was slow. I tried to use the app, but it gave an unavailable error. I tried again while waiting in line and received the same message. The woman at the front said it was because the room wasn't ready, but I tried within 5 minutes of getting to the desk. Check-out on the app was fast and convenient. We didn't hear noise from other rooms, so that was good

Ricardo at the front desk was extremely helpful, and upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view of the strip. He calmed my nerves about a 38 floor elevator ride, which was very manageable, as he said! And he called after about 30 min to make sure all was good and we were comfortable! Can't say enough about the service, the walkability, and THE VIEW! The cons: bed was a little too soft for my comfort, pillows were not welcoming - sparked my allergies, and the cigarette smell from the casino often passes into the hallways, but that comes with staying on the strip. The pros: for a value hotel, this one is ABSOLUTELY the best! Very walkable to both ends of the strip, including to Sphere (we walked through Venetian), and great food options nearby and downstairs. Thanks for a great stay in Sin City!

Everything you would expect from a Hotel in Vegas! Big rooms, clean, good service. Perfectly placed to explore the Strip. Plenty of amenities if you don't want to leave the complex. Great restaurants and shops. Perfect base for your visit

Planet Hollywood is an excellent choice if you don’t want to spend a huge amount of money across the road. Make sure you pay the extra for the fountain view room (which isn’t much) as we had the most amazing view of the fountains from our room. It’s smack back in the middle of the strip and the pool area is beautiful. Highly recommend if not wanting to spend thousands on a hotel in Vegas.

Clean rooms, fantastic location. I think other casinos have better gambling. In particular the slot machine variety was run-of-the-mill and lacked variety. Floor service for drinks was so slow. I only ever had one person stop by once over the four days I was there. After 45 min I had to leave and never actually got my drink. No drink prices on the menu at The Heart Bar, and of course you’ll get chastised by bar staff for trying to use a $20 free drink coupon on a drink that was higher than $20, remembering the fact that the menu doesn’t list prices to begin with. That’s a convenient ploy. Stopped in at 11:15 pm at P.F. Changs only to be offered a bar seat since they were closing the tables. Well if you stop seating at 11 when the place doesn’t close until midnight, just say the place closes at 11:15. But overall it’s a good deal for the money spent given the superb location!

They are not very consistent. Sometimes depending on the staff member, you can get lucky and receive a service oriented member. Or the exact opposite. Luck of the draw. This stay which was from Jan 28-Feb 2, 2024, room didn't even have a coffee maker and not enough towels. I called front desk to make the request for towels and toilet to be unclogged but I never received any towels. After multiple requests. Could be worked on for improvement.

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Great hotel and clean rooms. I find that going to Vegas on a weekday you get some of the best deals. We got four rooms for as little as 400 a person. Which is great especially if you want your own privacy which is hard to do when you are splitting and sharing rooms.

Planet Hollywood is pretty cool spot. They have a mall inside, which makes it different than a lot of the other casinos. Out there, it's a little bit difficult to find Uber, pick up or even getting out of the building Winter in the circle. Ask a few people made it really know how to get me out of there that work there so we just had a good out of the first floor walk through the parking garage and then walk upstairs to get out of the casino I feel like there could be an easier way to get out but overall that inside the food was great, the casino was great. They definitely don't have the NFL package which was kind of a bummer, the main reason we loved.

Love this place. Nicely centrally located for walking the strip. Lots of eating & shopping options attached to the casino with the Miracle Mile Mall being there. Also one of the few resorts where you get a fridge included in your room for use. We stay here often and are never disappointed.

Great location on the strip. This was our first time staying here and we loved it. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else again. We paid a little extra online the day of to see if we could have our room ready early, as our flight landed at 9:45 am. While on the way to the hotel at 10:30 we got a notification our room was ready. I couldn’t believe it and was so thrilled to get off a long plane ride and have a room ready that early. The kiosks for quick auto check in and check out were such a nice touch. No lines and keys and instructions to find your room print right out of the kiosk. Facilities were clean. We loved how wide and spacious the hallways upstairs were. You never felt unsafe or claustrophobic here. Nice modern decor. The bathroom was great- loved the two sinks and private toilet door. Also it was so easy to find the pickup spots outside for Uber and airport shuttle. We have stayed places where it is a nightmare to find where to be picked up at! Hotel inside is so easy to navigate too. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely be staying here again.

I always stay at PH. the location is great. Self check in was ok. The rooms are somewhat small unless you get the panoramic with the most beautiful views, but my rooms are always clean. I LOVE that you can just stay in this hotel & really don't have to leave for nothing but a change of scenery.

We really liked staying here. Service and room where really nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect (mid of the strip). The hotel has everything you need. The only thing I don’t like (but this is common with many hotels in Vegas) is the hidden costs. You have to pay some extra service fees and parking is also not included. But else everything was great. We had an amazing king size bed and a wonderful bathtub. Everything seemed clean. The hotel gym is nice and large enough, the pool could be more exciting, but it’s fine. Since I was there with my husband and we wanted to do some spa, we were sad that the spa area is splittend for genders. But I think it’s good for those who prefer not to have it mixed. So it’s fine with us. The spa is also not included in the price. So if you want to use it, you have to pay extra. Overall we liked it here.

We really enjoyed our stay here....it has been 10 years or so since we stayed last. Our room was spacious and had been updated since our last stay. We liked the atmosphere of the casino and enjoyed several of their restaurants. But the best feature is their location on the strip...

I LOVE Planet Hollywood! Come here every year. Miracle Mile Shops, Blondies, Earl of Sandwich a must. On a budget? Head over to Flights Restaurant & Bar. Rooms: Always nice and clean. Cold in the summer nice and warm in the winter. Hip hop rooms for a budget friendly stay. Panorama Suites a must when traveling with a group!

Las Vegas used to be a fun place to visit. Not so much anymore. Everything is super expensive at this hotel. No in room coffee so had to stand in line for 40 minutes for the privilege of paying $7 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. The parking garage is about a mile away and $23 a day to boot. While we very much enjoyed our Jeff Dunham show, it will take a lot to get us back here.

This place is probably a low to medium grade hotel, but is very conveniently located in the middle of all the action. Rooms are dated and dim. There is a lot of food close by and inside the casino and it's connected to the Miracle Mile shopping center. When I was here, half the casino slots were turned off and moved to some area to be stored while something was going on. Some areas and the huge middle bar is closed off for renovation or something. The place looks like it's seriously going through something. I can never find a bathroom on the casino floor as you have no direction of which way to go in this place, due to it just being a big circle and everything looks the same in every direction. Easy to get lost on the floor. Overall, central place to stay but don't expect luxurious. Hopefully everything is good after whatever construction they are doing.

The location is wonderful in mid strip Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Limited maid service. Tried to get in room early, had to pay extra and no option to upgrade without daily fee. Casino is fairly small and half was shut down for renovation during our stay. Having Miracle Mile shops close was convenient.

My favorite casino resort on the strip. Best accommodations for my service dog, the only potty area he's comfortable using on the strip. We always get upgraded, workers are super nice & easy to find cheap food options without leaving the property.

While my room was not ready when I arrived, the hotel did get me moved quickly. The suite I stayed in was beautiful, even if not as clean as it should have been. (Stains on carpet with things stuck to them, hard surfaces not wiped down well, etc.) The casino and amenities available, as well as the prime location of the hotel made the stay well worthwhile. If you are debating on a strip hotel, this is definitely a solid choice. Prime walking distance to everything and amazing views of the strip.

Good location, as it is pretty close to being at the center of the strip. Any staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean...I would however call housekeeping the minute you get in your room and ask for more pillows as they are very flat, you need 2 to make 1 and they run out quickly. Pool area was nicely maintained, the family pool was closed when we were there but the big pool was open and clean.

I love this hotel. Everyone is so friendly. The room is perfect, with a tub and shower! Staff here is very helpful. The dealers feel like family. They can teach this to dealers in Florida. Food is amazing. Had a great massage. Today I sat at the sports book and didn't make a bet. I sat next to a guy who knew every player on every team in every sport. He was so friendly I decided to watch games with him without a bet. Lots of fun here

Great customer service!! Loved the ability to check in on the kiosk. Was able to go straight to my room. Hotel was very pricey for the low budget feel. Would have liked the rooms to be a lot bigger. Their text feature for requests made requesting additional items like towels very easy.

  • 5/5 Lisa R. 11 months ago on Google
Used self check in, but it said there were no rooms available. Headed to the actual desk check in and i believe the clerk's name was Ricardo. He went above and beyond (helped with resort fees) and got us a room with a GREAT view on 21st floor! Room was spacey with a lot of drawers. Bed was comfy. Nice bright lights in restroom with huge mirrors. Will definitely return!

I paid for a late checkout. Upon returning to my room after the standard checkout time, I found that I was locked out of my room. After an hour and a half, five phone calls, and an attempt to get it resolved at the front desk (which I abandoned as the line was over an hour long), I was finally able to get into my room. The only compensation I was offered was a $30 credit. It has been nearly three weeks and I still have not received the credit. Upon returning, I have sent an email and made more phone calls. I was told that someone from the resort would contact me, which hasn't happened. The level of effort it has taken to get this resolved is beyond unacceptable, and it still hasn't been resolved. I waited to write this review to give the company time to resolve the issue, but they seem unwilling to do so. Other issues: The Caesar's app does NOT connect to the front desk as it states. Rather, you are transferred to reservations and they will not transfer you. There is no clear way to contact customer service. After sending an email, I received a response that directed me to call yet another number. When I called that number, I was told they would essentially pass along the message. Upon check in, I used the Express Check In Kiosk to avoid the very long line. The kiosk gave me card keys but did not print out my room number or map, causing me to have to wait in the long check in line anyway. Cocktail servers seemed almost non-existent. Also, I find it very interesting (and telling) that they only publicly respond to the positive reviews here and don’t seem at all concerned with the bad experiences. Positives: Location is great. Housekeeping staff is very friendly. Rooms are acceptable.

Only stayed here one night. Booked a strip-front room to have a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a surprise for my French military bf who is currently stationed in the Pacific and hasn't been home to France in 5 years. The view did not disappoint! He was so moved. 🤩 Big thank you to the Caesars staff who spent over an hour helping me find the perfect room to book!!

The hotel rooms were much nicer and larger than expected. The bathrooms were very spacious in the suites. We had a view of the Bellagio Fountains. The price wasn’t bad at all. The only problem was the pool not being in service but we were offered the option for f going to a nearby hotel if we wanted to use the pool. We ate at Pampas inside the hotel and h the food was delicious.

3rd time staying @PH, never had an issue. I like the remodeled rooms, clean & we love the huge bathroom!! Can't go wrong staying here, there's 15 restaurants downstairs, a mall for shopping & it's in a great location on strip with many other hotels/casinos in walking distance. This trip is for My Bday w/my 2 daughters, & a few friends! They're staying here as well! Vegas is thee Best! We'll be back 😉

Loved the rooms would love to come back but I think they don't want to see us anymore on a time share option. Especially since we're not going to buy a time share and I'm sure we will never get the kind of room we had or better without paying top dollar. Let me know if you can accommodate what we want and can afford.

Good clean hotel in a great central location. The check in process was a bit antiquated compared to other hotels and did take about 30 minutes. The room was fine and came with a fridge for storing your own drinks. My budget was tight, but there's numerous fast food restaurants (Taco Bell, McDonalds, Panda Express etc) in and around the hotel, which are handy if you don't want to spend too much on food and drink and prefer to eat in your room. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and will likely stay again.

Great location - centrally located on the strip. Nice spacious room, big bathroom, very clean. Miracle Mile shpps attached to the hotel was a nice advantage to be able to go during the day for shopping since it was 112° when we were there. My only complaint would be difficulty finding someone to help us in the arrival/departure area.

We've never actually stayed here, so we can't speak to the rooms, but the casino is always busy in a fun atmosphere type of way! They always play great party music both in the casino & at the pool (we stay at the Cosmopolitan across the street & we can hear their pool music at our pool and theirs is way better!) There's always a ton of show choices to choose from there, (highly recommend Keith Urban, he's an amazing performer). Plus you can't beat the location at the centre of the strip 👌

Great place to visit if you're in town for drinks and food. We had the best waiter and the bill wasn't too bad either. Had a phenomenal time here. Lots of great times with great friends. Will definitely cone back if ever in town. A little hard to find and the bathroom were a ways away but it is what it is. Lol

It is an amazing destination. Have stayed here with Caesars Diamond 💎 rewards and never had a problem. Valet wait times can be long, but they do have the best valet at the miracle mile shops, although they charge accordingly ($22-30)

Stayed for a convention . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious may not be the most up to date, but cleans and comfortable. The only bad thing was the shortage of towels due to a maintenance issue. Totally understandable, but once fixed we still didn’t receive fresh towels until calling several times. Food was great in the restaurants and it’s a great location. Would defiantly stay here again.

4 night stay on west side 36 floor, room was great, the style, the huge bed, large soaking tub, and the mountain view. The building was clean but busy, easy check in and out for the most part. Starbucks and restaurants on lower floors, nothing outstanding but you won't starve. No tram stop but you can easily walk over the Paris and through to the Houseshoe. Not a bad stay not a great one, but the a/c worked and it was a cool room on several levels.

Make sure to always lock your belongings. We were just heading out and I made the mistake of asking the girl cleaning the room next to ours for a do not disturb sign. She saw us leave and she went in there and took my perfume. Right before we left I asked my husband if I should use the perfume so we both know exactly where I left it, we come back and it's gone. She probably went in there quick and just grabbed the first thing of some value she saw. We went swimming and the water looked nasty, my husband said it was people's sunscreen floating in the water but I have been in many hotel swimming pools and none have looked like this one did and I bet people were wearing sunscreen too. The swimming pool had been closed just before we arrived for water chemistry violations. I thought that if they were allowed to open again that the water would be super clean but that was not the case. The rooms were nice and clean and they have a small fridge but our group rented 4 rooms total and only one fridge worked. I would stay there again I would just make sure to lock up my valuables and avoid the swimming pool. I would probably avoid all swimming pools in Las Vegas to be honest.

Nice room, very spacious, only had a couple of issues; the toilet didn't work or was clogged. I had to call maintenance twice, once about 2pm and again when we got back to room around 11pm. We couldn't get any extra or clean towels. we called housekeeping, and they said they didn't have any available. 2 towels and wash cloths just doesn't work for 3 people over 4 days. The casino area had friendly staff and was kept clean. The concert hall was great and kept cold while the outside temp reached 115° you couldn't tell inside.

  • 5/5 Beth B. 9 months ago on Google
My room was great. Room was large and the view was spectacular! It is next to impossible to contact anyone if you need anything. There is no phone in the room and when you call the # in the app to get the front desk, it takes you to the 1-800 reservation number and they cannot help you or connect you with the front desk. There is no pen or paper in the room so you can't write down the number they want to give you for the front desk. Frustrating! Everything else was great! Would stay again for sure!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel if cleanliness is most important to you. Our room did not look like it had been properly cleaned in months. There was caked on layers of dust just about anywhere you looked. I could have taken more pictures of how dirty the room was but it all looked about the same as the one I provided. I spent about a half hour cleaning rust, soap scum, and build up out of the shower head just so we could use the shower. The bathroom had a lingering sulfur smell that would not go away. There was hair that was not ours in many places in the room when we arrived. We wiped down all the surfaces and tables ourselves after arriving and the wipes were completely black just after moments of use. The sink would back up if we used it at the same time as the shower or the bath tub. For a hotel that mentions their enhanced cleaning processes and just how clean and safe they are just about everywhere you look, these statements are just simply not correct. Aside from that, the décor was nice and refreshing but unless you are there to see a show in the same hotel, which we were, I can't think of any other good reason to ever stay here.

Comped room from Caesars rewards. Check in was fast and friendly, with my rewards status I was able to skip the line to a shorter line of only 2 other people. Asked if any rooms with a view were available as it was an occasion and I was upgraded to the Batman themed suite on the second to top floor. Awesome. Huge, Living room, bathroom, separate bedroom, and killer views of the strip and the Bellagio fountain show from above. And decorated with actual props from different Batman movies!!! Went back down after I saw the room to tip the front desk person again, the room was that cool! Turns out all the rooms on the top 2 floors are themed after different movies. Would love to stay again.

The hotel is overall quite nice and in a great spot along the strip. It's easy to walk to other places and explore. The restaurants and miracle mile shops within the hotel provide many tasty eats and lots of shopping. We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned properly when we checked in. There was stickiness on the counters and floors as well as and rice on the carpets. We had to call housekeeping and they came and fixed it reasonably quick. It was a nice place and with a clean room it would have been 5 stars.

My wife and I stayed with a friend on his birthday weekend. Everyone at the Hotel was great, the staff were very accommodating, other vacationers were friendly and the people watching was elite. We had breakfast at Cafe Hollywood and were very happy to gamble there compared to other casinos. I would definitely go back to chill in the drop off area at 3am and watch the people. Amazing time! Thanks Planet Hollywood!

Enjoyed our stay at planet Hollywood. Got upgraded to a better room. More spacious and a better bath tub with a view of Eiffel tower and the Bellagio fountains. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Had no complaints with the noise outside or from the hotel. The interiors are very hip. The locations is very convenient and everything is at a walking distance. The miracle mile has got nice restaurants and shops to checkout. Would stay there again.

I didn't stay in the hotel but went to the casino and the Miracle Mile shopping mall surrounding the casino. The casino is one of the nicest in Vegas. Very clean and bright. I did find it hard to find my bearings...finding my way out was difficult since the casino is surrounded by the mall. It location on the strip is within walking distance from several other casinos. Worth a trip!

This is one of the cheap hotels on the strip. The lobby looks old and need a renovation. The rooms are quite spacious except there’s no microwave or free coffee if you’re used to have that in some hotels. The great thing about PH is the location because it’s right in the middle of the strip. You can explore south side of the strip one day and north side the next day.
