Some
of
the
best
food
I
had
in
Breck
&
Frisco
area
this
season.
Foie
gras
trio
is
exceptional,
a
bit
too
much
even,
I
would
temper
it
down
with
some
more
simple
combinations.
But
the
quality
of
the
foie
gras
itself
absolutely
amazing,
just
like
we
used
to
have
in
Europe.
The
lamb
is
juicy
and
cooked
to
perfection,
well
seasoned.
I
didn’t
quite
understand
potato
gratin
two
ways,
but
because
we
were
sharing
the
dish
it
was
ok.
The
dessert
though
-
I
didn’t
understand.
I
was
expecting
delicate
poached
pear
with
some
chocolate
and
ice
cream
elements
on
the
side
-
what
we
got
was
more
of
an
American
Sunday.
