I am from out of state and the hardwood flooring in the house my husband and I recently purchased, was discontinued. It is pretty unique. We searched far and wide to track it down and finally spoke to a distributor who gave us Boardwalk’s name as being a company that may be able to help us. I called the google number and Tim answered the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. On top of that, they did have our flooring in stock and ready to ship to us. Working with Boardwalk was one of the best experiences I've had working with a vendor of any type. Jim Peters was exceptional with his communication throughout the whole process. They communicated directly with my flooring install contractor to let them know when the material would be delivered so they could schedule me in as quickly as possible once my flooring arrived. They delivered it quickly and efficiently once it arrived. I'll only work with them from now on regarding my flooring needs. Great experience!

We shopped around at a few other local flooring stores and did not have the customer experience like we did at Boardwalk. They helped us explore all of our options and were very patient.

Jim at Boardwalk provided excellent customer service and showed us their line of products. We chose a Chelsea product that uses 3’, 4’ and 5’ planks resulting in a beautiful floor. Additionally, Boardwalk recommended installers and the installer we chose is doing a quality job. I highly recommend Boardwalk if you are shopping for hardwood flooring.

We are so pleased with the service we received at Boardwalk. Jim was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection of hardwood flooring is vast and the pricing is not budget busting. Our flooring was delivered on time and the delivery guys were courteous and efficient. We purchased over 1200 sq. ft. of wood and they carefully laid them out in two rooms to distribute the weight for acclimation. We would not hesitate to return to Boardwalk with all of our flooring needs.

We have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Boardwalk in Crestwood. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect floor in a very tight timeframe. She is amazing and really knows how to get the job done from start to finish! Everything went so smoothly it almost seemed to good to be true. We have our floors in now and they are absolutely gorgeous! We will be back for all of our future flooring needs. A very well run store that deserves a top notch review.
