I had a fantastic experience working with JRA for a new dental start-up. Dominic was my guide throughout the process and made the process as smooth as possible. We worked with Doug Pauly on our first project for an owner-occupied site for our surgical practice that we could build out with an operating room. He came highly recommended from our construction company. He was always available and had great insights throughout the process (items we had not considered ourselves). We looked at multiple sites and when we had it narrowed down, he helped with price negotiation and got us a price we were very happy with on the site. He has a wealth of knowledge in the commercial and health care real estate space and we very much look forward on working with him on our next real estate project!

I worked with Joe Rossi to help find a location for my start up dental practice and negotiate my lease. He is based in Chicago but was still able to help me out in Nebraska. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gracious with his time. I ended up with a fantastic location and Joe worked really hard to get me TI allowances to help with my build out. My project was delayed a couple times (expect this if you are starting out!) and he made sure there was ample time to complete my project before being on the hook for rent. He has saved me thousands by paying attention to this! Joe was, by far, one of the best professionals I worked with during my start up. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely work with him again if I ever have the opportunity.

My experience with Joe Rossi & associates was by far the worst that I have ever encountered in my career. to say he was unethical, unprofessional and dishonest will be an understatement. I had hired his services and signed an exclusive contract to close a deal for a dental office location that I had found on 340 E Randolph st which he had no prior knowledge of. While he was representing me in the negotiation he introduced and entertained another dental group behind my back and submitted a proposal that would under write me. He kept me in the dark all the time and would make all sort of excuses as to why the landlord was taking time to get back. I confronted him after finding through my network what he had been doing behind my back. He initially denied and then got us in a bidding war. By doing this he not only violated his contract but was dishonest in his dealing. This whole fiasco has left such a bad impression that going forward I feel it’s hard to trust and do business with any similar corporation and especially Joe Rosy Associates. I will suggest that you should do all diligence before hiring any one and should avoid this corporation.
