Rich provided a variety of options convenient to my new workplace and talked with me about the advantages/disadvantages of each. I was very pleased with what he recommended; everything was in place and exactly as described when I arrived. There were a couple of minor issues which he took care of immediately. I would have not hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs longer term corporate housing in the St. Louis area.

Rich was great to work with during the entire process of locating a temporary, furnished apartment, move-in, and move-out. Rich found us a comfortable apartment - with washer and dryer, and allowed dogs - in a safe area close to lots of amenities; the staff and other residents at the complex were super friendly also, which was an added bonus. The lease was clear and concise, and Rich responded to all questions and concerns in a timely manner. The apartment was set-up and ready to go upon our arrival, and Rich made sure the minor repairs that came up while we were there were addressed right away. St. Louis Corporate Housing is terrific! I had the need to rent a short-term apartment in St. Louis for work. Rich and his team provided several good options. And, once I decided on an option, the process moved very fast and very efficiently. The furnishings were really nice and updated and the apartment had everything. Wouldn't need to bring a thing. In addition, any time there was an issue with cable or the apartment itself, Rich was incredibly responsive. I totally recommend St. Louis Corporate Housing!

I spent three months living in a unit and I can say that everything was absolutely smooth. I always had a prompt response from Rich and all my needs were taken care of quickly. I recommend this partner if you need a stay in St. Louis. Additionally, access is very easy and the house is in a region plenty of nature and close to good places for pleasant walks. All utilities worked perfectly and notably the unit had been renovated.

I booked St. Louis Corporate Housing in less than a week because I had a quick transition to St. Louis. Rich was very communicative and helpful in finding an apartment in such quick turn-a-round time. Additionally, the apartment I moved into, had some problems like it smelled of cat urine, Rich organized carpet cleaning ASAP and handled all problems very well and quickly. I would highly recommend for those coming into town that need temporary housing!
