When my contractor used this company for our countertops, the section for our stovevtop arrived in pieces. A rep from Classic Granite & Marble stated this is commonplace. This isn't commonplace for me. Even the electronic image they provided, that we chose, did not depict a seam, nor did the grain in the rails match the image...rails seem like leftover scraps from another job. These pictures reflect the completion that they wanted us to accept. So many things wrong... the rails (top and bottom pieces) are thicker than the side pieces. You can see they tried to sand the thicker rail pieces at the seam but it made it worse. Grains not lining up, stopp at the seams. Very deceptive what they tried to pull here, with workmanship you can judge for yourself. They did come back 4 days later and redo that section cutting it on the premises. The installer that came out for the redo, was agressive, rude and disrespectful. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience they put us through, delaying our completion date, they were rude stating they are in a hurry they don't have all day and they are not waiting on my contractor, etc!! No excuses for this rude behavior! I wasn't going to leave negative feedback but the more I think of how rude and disrespectful the redo was, says a lot about customer service and the company itself. Not 1 apology either.

Our experience has been great, from start to finish. Very easy to work with, fair pricing and the measure and installation went superbly. We were recommended by a relative who is a contractor and uses them exclusively, and we will highly recommend them too!

The installer that came to my house was rude, very cocky and unprofessional; that is, until I informed him that he installed the first bathroom countertop backwards and provided a side splash on the second bathroom countertop which wasn’t according to plan (and I didn’t want; otherwise, free side splash for me. Woo hoo). While installing the first countertop (or perhaps uninstalling or reinstalling) he damaged my flip out drawer. They were recommended through my cabinet vendor but I would never use them independently or recommend to anyone else.

I've had the privilege to work with Classic in both a professional and personal relationship. As a kitchen designer, I have total trust that Classic will exceed all client expectations and stand by their workmanship. The employees are all friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, and the team who do the installation are truly artists. I am still in awe of how seams can be nearly invisible! When it came time to remodel my kitchen and basement bathroom, there was no question who I would call. I have a beautiful granite installed, and I even (clumsily) chipped the edge, literally 2 days after it got installed. Classic was able to come out and repair it so it is nearly imperceptible! They certainly go above and beyond for their customers, offer fair pricing, and have a great selection of products and materials! All the reps I have been able to work with are responsive and always helpful. I highly recommend Classic to anyone who asks!

Our experience with Classic Granite and Marble is fantastic. Our granite countertop was installed last week. It is beautiful, the installers were professional, and cleaned as they worked. I recommend this company to anyone needing countertops.

One of the best experiences I had doing a home improvement project was with Classic Granite & Marble. They did my kitchen countertops and backsplash with Quartz and changed the kitchen sink with a deeper one. Very professional outfit with top notch workmanship and communication. The price was great and I certainly felt I got my money’s worth and more. All the scheduled installation and measurement appointments were well communicated ahead of time. I worked with Dilan who walked me through the entire process and explained everything about the project, including all minute details that made me very comfortable with what was going to be performed. During my visit to the shop, Rosa showed me all options inside the sales floor and even took me into the warehouse to show what the bigger slabs would look like to get a better idea on what the final product would look like. She went above and beyond to explain options and the pros/cons of them which I appreciated a lot; and overall very likable and friendly personality. Dilan also helped me pick design elements I wasn’t sure about the install and I am glad I took his advice since they all came out great; I felt I got a free interior designer for free completing this job :). Omar and the installation team installed both the counter tops and the backsplash and the attention to detail was impressive to watch and the final touches were done with a lot of care. Thank you Dilan, Rosa, Omar and Classic Granite & Marble! Dilan, Rosa, and Omar are an absolute superstar team whom I would recommend to anyone.

The Classic granite team was a little tardy but WELL worth the wait. The countertops were installed with two minor cuts and an adjustment. The one seam was invisible to the eye and touch! They cleaned up well and were very polite and professional. They are Highly recommended, a job well done!

We recently updated our kitchen to quartz countertops with waterfall edges. The countertops are beautiful and give a modern look to our kitchen. Our experience with Clark Marble and Granite was top-notch. Our salesperson Sandy was helpful and made the entire process quick and easy. Everyone was professional. The guys arrived on time for installation and were courteous and neat. I would highly recommend using Clark Marble and Granite.

🫤 This is not a discount lumber shop at all. They have a great variety and honestly they may be the only place in the area for some species but the main hardwoods like walnut, maple, etc are 1 to 3 $ more per linear foot than larger (non big box) lumber yards in the metro. I'd say if you are looking f...
