We recently renovated our kitchen and looked at a dozen cabinet options and vendors. Cabinet Era and their team went above and beyond every single time in our ~9 months of research and install. First off, they were one of the few who had a 3d program that could easily make our choices visible without us having to mess with it. They stopped by the house and confirmed all measurements. When we made numerous adjustments, both Courtney and Bulent were wonderful to deal with and well experienced. Even when we were unsure of certain cabinets fitting in tight spots, they allowed the possibility of backup scenarios. Upon install we had minor things to order and it was effortless to get it done. Every single time we had a question or request, they answered the phone and their customer service was excellent. We went with 21st Century Cabinets and are happy with them. Non-painted interiors make it easy to not worry about scratching and paint and the soft close features are great. Made our century old house feel modern yet classic. Highly recommend Cabinet Era!

From start to finish, and even after install, Courtney at Cabinet Era was amazing to work with. Even with us changing our mind about layouts at least three times, she was very helpful, very patient, and very knowledgeable. Cabinet Era was able to customize our pantry cabinets to fit the limited space that we had, and they turned out really well. Some of our items had some slight damage, and Courtney helped us with the replacement of them. For the price we paid, we are very happy with our product, and we will definitely recommend Cabinet Era to anyone who needs cabinets.

Purchased 13 cabinets for a kitchen renovation and two vanity cabinets to update my bathrooms. I was looking for a local company with cabinets in stock to avoid shipping delays. Cabinet Era not only provided great support and 3D design; but allowed me to break the order into three separate pickups as space was very limited in my small condo. Courtney has her stuff together. Don’t let her softspoken demeanor fool you. She was able to take my rough pencil drawing and produce a 3D rendering in a few minutes. She offered suggestions but wasn’t pushy. Cabinets are all plywood construction with soft close doors and drawers. All were well protected for transport. One door had a manufacturing defect and Cabinet Era created a claim and promptly replaced it without issue. I was more than satisfied with their service, quality of cabinets and speed with which the cabinets were ready in days not weeks.

Remodeling my condo in 30 days was not an easy task...BUT the team at Cabinet Era were amazing!! I would love to recommend them to anyone doing their own kitchen remodel! With helping with my design...not once, not twice but 3 times as I changed the design to get as much cabinet/counter space as possible! They were wonderful with last minute cabinet size changes, returns and also having the changes ready overnight for pick up in the morning. I will be using them again for my next home kitchen remodel! We had a great experience with Cabinet Era. Courtney was great to work with and all of the other team members. They helped us come up with a great design and then helped us tweak it after we took down our wall, when measurements changed a bit. The warehouse where they put the cabinets together is nearby, which was convenient for a couple of cabinets that needed to be fixed or replaced. They are a great company to work with!

I received my cabinets several months ago but I wanted to wait before I wrote my review, give them a little time to make sure everything was still good. Here is my review: I absolutely ❤️ LOVE ❤️ my cabinets! I do not have one complaint, not even one. The customer service I received at the Hollins Ferry Rd location was excellent. My salesperson was Courtney and she could not have been more helpful. Everyone there there was great. I had wrote the wrong size down for one cabinet, I called, luckily they had one in stock, I went and picked it up the next day, no problem, no long wait. The prices could not be beat either.
