If
I
could
give
zero
stars
I
would.
In
September
2020
my
husband
and
I
bought
a
truck
from
Don
Johnson.
After
signing
all
the
papers
and
paying
our
down
payment,
we
went
to
pick
up
the
truck
that
they
had
pulled
up
to
the
front
for
us.
As
we
are
pulling
into
the
parking
lot,
a
salesman
is
getting
into
the
truck
we
just
purchased
with
another
customer
having
him
test
drive
it.
We
had
to
wait
for
them
to
return
with
our
truck
and
while
the
guy
was
test
driving
the
truck
we
had
already
purchased,
they
were
trying
to
get
us
to
look
at
different
trucks!
I
flipped
out
and
told
them
we
already
bought
this
truck!
The
manager
came
out
and
said
"I
guess
we
are
going
to
give
you
first
dibs
on
it
so
we
just
have
to
wait
for
them
to
get
back."
You
guess
you'll
give
us
first
dibs?
We
already
paid
for
it!
When
they
returned
they
had
to
tell
the
guy
(who
loved
the
truck)
that
it
was
already
sold
(reason
it
was
pulled
to
the
front
by
the
door)
and
the
guy
was
super
mad.
Walked
off
the
lot,
and
if
I
hadn't
already
purchased
the
truck,
I
would
have
too.
Fast
forward
to
2021
we
started
having
brake
issues.
In
doing
some
research
we
found
out
there
was
a
recall
on
the
brake
system
and
we
called
Don
Johnson
to
get
it
in
to
fix
the
recall.
They
tried
to
tell
me
that
they
had
already
fixed
it
as
part
of
their
"pre-sale
service"
before
they
even
put
it
on
the
lot
for
sale.
He
said
they
did
this
in
October
2020.
I
said
I
would
LOVE
to
see
the
paperwork
on
that,
because
we
bought
the
truck
in
September.
A
month
before
they
are
claiming
they
fixed
it
before
they
sold
it.
After
demanding
the
paperwork
proof,
they
had
to
admit
they
couldn't
produce
it
so
they
ended
up
fixing
it.
Fast
forward
again
to
November
2023.
I
casually
drove
thru
the
lot
looking
at
a
vehicle
that
I
was
interested
in
trading
my
other
car
in
for.
Salesman
came
out
and
convinced
me
to
test
drive
like
6
different
vehicles.
One
of
them
being
a
Buick
that
he
said
was
brand
new
on
the
lot
and
fresh
out
of
inspection
and
service.
Got
in,
started
it,
gas
light
is
on
and
the
fuel
is
so
low
it's
not
even
giving
a
mileage
to
empty
anymore.
Guy
says
it's
fine,
we
will
make
it.
We
don't
even
make
it
out
of
the
parking
lot
and
every
light
on
the
dash
comes
on
and
it's
flashing
an
"engine
failure,
service
now"
message
on
the
gauges.
Didn't
even
get
to
drive
it.
Had
to
turn
around
and
put
the
petal
to
the
floor
just
to
make
it
back
to
the
parking
spot.
The
salesman
says
"That's
weird,
it
just
got
out
of
service...."
Doesn't
instill
a
lot
of
confidence
in
their
service
skills
that's
for
sure.
While
I'm
driving
the
Buick,
they
said
they
would
drive
my
vehicle
to
give
me
an
idea
of
what
the
trade-in
value
is.
They
came
back
$3000
less
than
the
previous
3
dealerships
that
I
had
visited
in
the
last
month.
I
have
absolutely
no
trust
in
these
people
at
all
and
I
will
not
be
back
for
any
reason.
They
are
looking
to
screw
you
over
any
which
way
they
can.
3
strikes,
you're
out.
