Very nice, clean, comfortable. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive, although we really only communicated about coming and going as nothing else was needed, it was great!

As a homeowner, Sand Stays has been an amazing business to work with. Not only have they taken care of everything for us they have excellent communication with us as the owners of the property. I highly recommend using Sand Stays for your property.

We loved staying at Derek's place!! The supplies were plentiful in both the kitchen and bathroom. Things you didn't know you needed were stocked in full from toilet paper to shampoo and conditioner, a sewing kit and even a first aid kit. Super thoughtful and that goes a long way in my book. There's a review on here that mentions something about a spider & lack of a garden and what a joke reading that has been for our crew. This place had everything we needed and more. It was spotless, safe and super convenient and local to our vacation plans. Thank you, Derek for your constant (but not too much) check in's and quick response times. If this place is available when you're looking to rent a 2 bedroom apt in Bangor then I hope you choose this one!! 5 stars, baby. 5 stars all day!!

The apartment is perfect location! It was very clean, cozy and had a beautiful view. Property owners are available via text and quickly answer any questions. I can't wait to go back!

The Cigar Factory Loft was very clean and has a lot of room. We loved the convenience of the location in downtown Bangor. We will stay there again if our travels take us back to Bangor.

Booked at a Sand Stays location through another vacation service. Issues upon arrival but Sand Stays was able to address them and resolved early during our stay (even though the vacation service was responsible to do so). The home was small but tidy and more than enough to meet our needs. Had a great stay in Old Orchard Beach and thankful for the chance to get away.

Great property! Was just what we needed for a family stay for the weekend! The game room was a great addition!
