I have shopped here for years. They have never been super friendly but have " Life is Good " and other good quality merchandise. Today I went in and was told that I had to wear a mask. Hmmm. Her president, her CDC and her governor say I don't. You have lost a customer that always made your store my #1 stop. People can choose to run their businesses as they please and I can support those who I choose. Your tactics don't endear me to your business. I can shop online.

I have to share in some of the earlier sentiments posted about how rude the lady who runs this place is. We were enjoying a nice day of shopping in Galena until we went into this store. For a store owner in such a touristy town she is incredibly rude and condescending to her customers. If your looking for a t shirt or something skip this place and take your business elsewhere like we did.

Terrible customer service. I didn't even get half way through the store and the women working there, possibly the owner, was extremely rude. I was going to purchase a few items decided not to after being talked to like I was a child several times.

This was the most rude and unfriendly people I have ever experienced in such a tourist town. They made you feel like telling them to take it and shove it. I have worked in the public for 39 years and customer service is what sells your products. They have none.

Owner told me to control my kids because my son climbed a bench to look at a kids toy. As I was waiting in line to buy something. Very unfriendly people for a great town

I could not believe how rude the lady was when we walked in. We were in the store for less than 30 seconds before leaving. There were other friendly stores we went to instead. With all the other options, I will never return to this business. I was not surprised after reading the other reviews.

I like this place. Quite a variety of items. Plenty of socks and clothes, games and soaps. Got a pair of shoes at 62% off!
