When
I
arrived
at
the
ER
of
Mesquite,
I
was
in
the
worst
physical
pain
of
my
life!
Mohamed
at
the
front
desk
immediately
checked
me
in
and
did
so
professionally
and
with
care.
From
there,
I
was
in
Lori’s
hands.
Despite
all
my
pain
and
squirming,
Lori
was
able
to
gather
all
the
information
she
needed
from
me
and
even
managed
to
get
a
laugh
or
two
out
of
me.
Once
everything
they
needed
from
me
was
gathered,
Dr.
Vora
came
in
and
methodically
laid
out
for
me
the
condition
I
was
in.
The
nature
of
my
visit
required
an
overnight
stay,
so
they
swiftly
transferred
me
to
a
more
accommodating
room
where
there
were
plenty
of
refreshments
to
hold
me
over.
At
this
point,
my
partner
was
in
the
room
with
me
and
the
front
desk
staff
generously
provided
us
dinner
for
the
evening
while
we
awaiting
more
results.
In
the
mean
time,
I
was
now
in
Terry’s
care.
Terry
was
gentle
and
very
knowledgeable
as
he
walked
me
through
some
of
the
pains
I
was
experiencing.
Overall,
very
friendly
and
knowledgeable
staff
who
genuinely
care
about
you.
Hopefully,
I
never
will
be
in
a
condition
where
I
need
to
go
back…
but
if
I
do,
I
know
where
to
go!
