Some of the most kind and professional staff around! My significant other and I had to suddenly relocate due to a welcome new job opportunity for her. So unfortunate did not get to stay here longer then I would have liked too. However If I could just pick up Burlington and drop them here where we landed, I would! 10/10 would recommend. Facilities are clean and notice is always given to residents when something is going on. Autumn in the office is a total sweetheart, thank you so much for taking care of us while we called Burlington home and thank you for allowing our transition to be smooth. -Joey

I have truly loved living at Burlington Station.  I sold my home in Hinsdale and was not sure how I would cope with apartment living while I figured out my next move. I LOVE IT…thanks to this amazing place. The building, amenities, and location are stellar!  And of course, Cara and Autumu maintain it so well.    It has been SO FUN living here. It is super clean (smells great) and has everything you can possibly need. The same developer has a new building just opening in Westmont as well. I am sure that is amazing too. Everyone that visits me is just amazed with how wonderful this building is…TRULY! And the location is so cool…walk to everything! I wish I could stay but my life is sending me to Florida.

My wife and I lived here for 3.5 years and enjoyed every minute and would still be living there if it wasn't for our transition to Texas. Cara, Autumn, Edgar, and Ana are the best property staff we have ever had the pleasure of being residents with. I highly recommend checking Burlington Station out whether you are looking for a fast commute into the city, or just want to be in the middle of beautiful (and bustling!) downtown Downers.

My husband and I lived at Burlington Station for 3.5 years and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is right in downtown Downers Grove and the perfect location to walk to just about everything (restaurants, shops, the Tivoli Theatre, and DGPL). The units are modern, clean, and bright. We really enjoyed our time living at Burlington Station and the staff is amazing – friendly, professional, and always eager to go above and beyond to make us feel at home. Burlington Station was a great place to live. Very clean, excellent staff and walking distance to downtown. I stayed for a short period and requested a fully furnished one bedroom unit. Autumn (staff member) made the experience very easy and took care of all of the arrangements. She was very professional and accommodating. Upon arrival, the furniture and apartment were clean and modern and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Burlington Station if you are considering an apartment in Downers Grove.

Under a great management team. If you can afford, definitely a friendly and secure place to live. I've traveled quite a bit while here so I didn't get a chance to fully experience the community but for the brief time, definitely worth it. Achieved restful sleep and peace of mind with my pups while here. Majority of residents are respectful and quiet as I try to be as well. There are kids and pets in the community but doesn't feel crowded. Building and community is very well taken care of. If not, just a simple email and it gets attended to quickly. They added patio gates for 1st floor residents so it is quite easy to go in and out to the courtyard/atrium (A gift for pet parents who need to use the pet potty run frequently for our younger pets). Probably the only downsides while being here is that the garage door is a bit temperamental and short/intermediate term guest parking is strictly controlled by the city.

Loved staying at Burlington Station Apartments at the guest suite as first time renters! My husband and I were in between moving and we needed a short stay for a little over a month and it was delightful! Beautiful apartments, quiet, beautiful amenities, helpful staff, and it was fun & convenient for our two dogs as well :) the neighborhood is also amazing while downtown downers grove is walking distance and the surrounding neighborhoods are gorgeous to walk through. Me and my boyfriend have lived here for a little over 2 months and we love it here! In the heart of downtown downers with so much to do and the staff is amazing. Would totally recommend!!!
