The girls, both Myriam and Karina were so helpful and patient. They took their time, to make sure that they were giving me the best advice, and monies that they could. I visited the Hollywood Prospyr location this past weekend to sell some jewelry pieces and old coins after seeing their TV ads, the property is secure so I felt safe upon entering. I was greeted by a Mr. Ken who was great from the start, while viewing and testing my valuables Ken, explained the process and summarized our transaction; the process was professional and very fair! I would definitely recommend this company to family & friends alike.
