My
experience
hasn't
been
the
best.
The
security
gates
are
still
not
working.
Prices
have
significantly
gone
up
including
amenity
fee
charges
for
amnenties
you're
not
able
to
use.
The
website
advertises
that
this
property
is
the
perfect
blend
of
"luxury
and
location"
however
the
grounds
are
unkept
and
it's
embarrassing
to
bring
my
guests
over
as
you
can
see
by
my
photos.
The
grass
was
finally
cut
the
other
day
but
all
the
trash
was
left
behind.
I
am
so
disappointed
as
the
property
has
great
potential.
Update:
I
went
to
the
office
on
Sat
Oct
2,
2021
to
speak
with
someone
about
the
issues
but
again
-
no
resolution.
While
I
was
there
I
mentioned
needing
to
use
the
pool
on
Sun
Oct
10
as
my
nephew
wanted
to
celebrate
his
bday
there.
I
was
told
the
pool
would
be
open
on
Sunday
Oct
10
and
that
they
would
try
to
clean/service
the
pool
on
Fri
Oct
8
so
that
it
would
be
ready
for
Sunday.
Well
on
Sun
Oct
10
we
went
to
the
pool
and
it
was
closed/locked.
My
nephew
was
completely
disappointed.
I
went
back
and
searched
my
emails
and
there
was
no
notification
from
the
property
management
that
the
pool
would
be
closed
on
Sunday
Oct
10.
This
was
disappointing
to
see
especially
since
it's
the
1st
time
since
leasing
that
we
decided
to
use
the
pool.
The
last
communication
I
received
re:
Pool
Rules
Reminder
was
on
Mon
Sept
20
and
there
was
no
mention
of
the
Pool
being
closed
on
Sundays.
In
fact,
there
is
a
bullet
point
that
states
"
Pool
hours
are
posted
at
the
pool"
and
the
sign
at
the
pool
says
"Pool
Area/Hours:
Dawn
to
Dusk".
Other
residents
were
disappointed
as
well
and
they
just
jumped
over
the
fence
to
access
the
pool.

Why
am
I
paying
amenity
fees
for
amenities
that
we
are
not
able
to
use?
I've
tried
reaching
the
office
several
times
and
no
one
has
taken
the
time
to
return
my
call
or
address
this
issue.
The
times
I
did
speak
to
someone
I
finally
spoke
to
Mariely
in
the
office
and
unfortunately
she
was
disrespectful
and
dissimive
to
my
concerns
and
feedback.
I'm
disappointed
with
the
Viva
Apts
for
not
looking
into
these
matters
that
are
taking
place
at
the
property
especially
when
Response
from
Owner
is
to
contact
them
to
discuss
these
matters
and
when
you
do
there
is
no
resolution.
