My experience at Gloss in the City was excellent - as always!! First time with a different stylist for me (Jen) and she was awesome! She really took time to get to know me, and my hair, and gave me a fresh upgrade in my usual hairstyle. I was really happy with her and will keep going back to her. The only reason I gave 4 stars is cost, but I guess you get what you pay for and I was more than satisfied with what I got!!

Brittney Tucker has been keeping me beautiful for 6 years. She is the best colorist and, one of the most wonderful people I've ever met. I'm so lucky to have her as my stylist and my friend! Thank you Brittney for spending so much time making me gorgeous, and all the extra things you do to accommodate my complicated schedule. I have been getting my hair colored for 20 years, and I've never met anyone with such a skill level as Britney. Moreover, I've never been a stylist who cared as much about making her clients happy as Britney. For the past six years, I have been getting compliments on the beautiful blonde she makes me. Now for the past 3 weeks, I have been getting compliments on the gorgeous extension she has given me. Britney, I will probably follow you anywhere because there's no one else I trust to make me look so beautiful.

I’ve been going to Gloss for over 2 years after several fails with other salons in the area. I have my hair colored about every 8-10 weeks and it always turns out amazing! They also did my hair and makeup for my wedding which also was beautiful. I would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Gloss and their artists Kate Stout and Bethany Malloy. All of my bridesmaids and my mother loved their makeup and the option to have airbrushed or normal makeup with no additional costs. Also eyelashes were included. Super talented, professional, punctual, and made us all feel like a million dollars. What more could you ask for in a makeup artist on your wedding day?

Gloss makes dreams come true! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and great at what they do. A few weeks before my wedding I went to get a haircut at a different salon that left it 6 inches shorter than I'd asked for and I hated it. I knew I wanted extensions but had never gotten them before and wasn't sure where to start. And then I found Gloss. Brittney walked me through the different types of extensions and helped me pick the right kind for my hair and styling preferences. She fit me in so I'd have enough time to get used to them before my wedding. Jay was an absolute delight and they were both so supportive. I feel like myself again. I will definitely be coming back to Gloss!
