I moved into this building in March and I LOVE living here! Wonderful views of the water and sunset from my apartment. Walking to work takes me past art galleries that are constantly putting up new exhibits. Easy access to the high-line. Dog park & basketball court only 4 quick blocks away. My AC cut out and PABLO from the maintenance staff replaced the whole unit within hours! I have nothing but positive things to say about this building and the Avalon team!

My husband and I have lived here a little over 3 years now. We have lived all over NYC and Avalon West Chelsea is hands down our favorite place to call home. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the apartments are big and airy and comfortable, the amenities are great and we love everyone on then concierge team. Craig in particular makes my dog feel like a superstar whenever they see each other. My dog is obsessed with him and so are we! It’s a great way to start the day. We would live here forever if it’s in the cards! We feel taken care of here.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year and we have nothing but great things to say about it! The staff is incredibly friendly, they always remember your name, and even go the extra mile to help out with packages, advice..etc - you name it. I want to specifically call out Craig, Joseph, and Darrell who have been doormen here ever since we moved in and always greet us genuinely, get to know us on a personal level, and take the time to assist us. They really made Avalon feel like home and were a huge reason we re-signed another lease - thank you for all that you do :D Beyond the staff, the maintenance requests are handled very promptly. The location is pretty solid, amenities are great, and the view is unbeatable. If i had to call out one thing to improve, it would be the elevator needing maintenance pretty often - but this is truly a minor thing.

Quick shout out to the concierge team, Craig, Joseph, Darrel, Gustavo, Gerald, Melanie and Nukool, who always make us feel glad to be home. Their smiles, warmth and professionalism are just a few reasons why we like living at Avalon West Chelsea. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I've lived here for a couple of years now and love this building! The location is great -- close to Hudson Yards, Hudson River Park and the 7 train. And everyone on the staff is so nice and helpful - shout out to Joe, Darrell, Craig, Kool and the rest of the team! It brightens my day to be greeted with a warm smile whenever I see them. The maintenance team is also fantastic - great communication and response times.

I have lived here for several years and the Avalon has been so consistently fantastic. It is a great community with nice amenities, and the front desk staff are the best. Gerald is the one the friendliest conciegre team members - he always has great energy, and is so welcoming to residents and visitors alike. Highly recommend!

The Avalon West Chelsea Concierge Team is simply the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They not only treat me like a VIP, but my guests as well. I would like to give a huge public thank you to the entire team! You rock!

I love living here ! The concierge team makes my life SO much better. Craig, Darrell, Gerald, Joe - just to name a few of my faves ! They go above and beyond and I am so appreciative.
