So happy this space exists in Durham now! The owners are so thoughtful and have created a space that feels comfortable and fun for kids and adults alike. From baskets to put ‘tasted toys’ in for sanitization. to free coffee and tea for the grownups, they have really thought of everything. There were many wonderfully engaging play stations that our 1yr old and 3.5yr old both absolutely adored (the wind tunnel, climbing structures, cozy play nook, and the felt wall were a few of the highlights for our littles) and us parents were able to relax and enjoy playing along too. We definitely look forward to going back soon!

This is a perfect place to bring little ones! It’s a safe place to explore and tinker with all types of materials and mechanisms. There’s a calm room with a sound machine and noise cancelling ear muffs for any kids that may feel overstimulated. Free coffee and tea for adults and lots of snacks for purchase. I’ve been hoping a place like this would open in Durham. Definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful STEM space for young kids! I love bringing my youngest here (age 1.5) to play when we're looking for a morning activity. It's locally owned by a super sweet couple with two kids of their own. The space is the perfect size to not lose your kids, and they provide free coffee and tea for parents which is an added bonus! They also play relaxing background music and overall it's just always an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend checking it out.

We’ve been here for open playtime a few times and we decided to celebrate our boy’s second birthday here!! It is just the perfect place for little kids parties. Staff is super friendly and profesional. The play area is beautiful. Our baby and friends were happy and entertained. Highly recommended…

My 16 month old LOVES the Wonder Lab, and so do I! Every toy is thoughtfully chosen and laid out to create a fun and engaging space for little ones to explore! If you need 90 minutes where you can watch your child happily play and relax with a hot cup of coffee, you need the Wonder Lab!

We are so lucky to have this space in our "backyard" of Durham! We have been here for open play sessions, and we go to weekly Tots & Twos classes with our now one year-old daughter. Kate puts such thought into the various theme activities (fall: leaf wind tunnel, felt stick board of acorns/trees/pumpkins; 1 yr birthday anniversary: magnet fishes, light up cube Magne-tiles) and stations, and such care is maintained in keeping a safe, clean, accommodating environment for children and families.

Update: We continue to come here. As the kiddos get older, they enjoy exploring new areas. The staff is always amazing, and I meet a lot of nice moms and nannies. This place is amazing! An interactive, clean, and stimulating place to bring the kiddos. My two toddlers had a wonderful time.

Hosted a birthday party for our two year old. It was so lovely and perfect for all her friends. The open space made it easy to keep an eye on the kids without having to stay two steps behind them. We brought our own food and the staff was so helpful, friendly, and relaxed. Easiest party I’ve ever planned. 10/10 would recommend
