Nothing works- the AC, the door at the main entrance, the washer and dryers, no one answers the phone, and overall a horrible experience.

Management here is terrible, if you can even get a hold of someone they are rude. Their voicemail doesn't work and they never respond to emails. I have a parking spot underground, and someone from the management company did $3,000 worth of damage to my car, and refuses to pay for it. The front door will not open at times, and there is food rotting in the mail area that has been there since August. Colonial management simply continues to outdo themselves in terms of terrible service.

Office was very unprofessional when scheduling a showing.

Water is shut off for repairs pretty much every time it rains. Be prepared for muddy water for a bit after. Management is pretty good about fixing things, but everything is built very cheap

You should absolutely live here if you want to be charged $66 for a clogged drain

We've had a good experience so far. Management will replace broken things if you ask enough times. The rooms are spacious in comparison other apartments in the area and neighbors have been very respectful.
