You have to knock on the door to enter., However no one ever comes to the door to open it., Extremely unprofessional and lame to say the least to leave customers standing outside the door completely unacknowledged by staff. It’s a shame too, because my past experiences with them we’re just fine and the employees were very nice. I’m not sure what has changed but it’s stupid. Good thing is there’s nothing special about this place and there are other pawnshops that don’t require secret password or knock to be able to enter

If you want to buy a used/pre owned item, cheaper than retail then go for it. If you want to sell something don’t waste your time. I take really good care of my stuff and because it looked brand new I was treated like I stole the items I was trying to sell. On top of that, they will price gouge you without a second glance. The manager on duty wouldn’t even look me in the eye when she spit out some low price for my first item and just flat out denied my second. And no, these weren’t cheap items. Do yourself a favor and just buy/sell online. Rather deal with scammers online then face to face. At least they are nicer about it.

Delma was amazing!! She helped me every step of the way with pricing and even washing away a spot in my new Coach purse! She is an absolute beautiful soul and will come back again just to see her!

This pawn shop has been very generous and helpful for my first time visit! The two young women who helped me offered great discounts towards both of my beautiful rings!
