The whole office ran like a well oiled machine from check in until you walked out. The staff and doctor ran on time. The lab was well organized and efficient. They worked being as conscientious of your time as well as that of all the customers. The doctor was very knowledgeable, asked questions, and was a good listener. I did not feel rushed and I felt cared for as a person as well as a patient. It was a pleasure going to this practice. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

My whole experience has been a good, professional and caring one. I was seen promptly with minimal waiting time. Dr. Winters is the absolute BEST and was patient and caring and answered all my questions and concerns. He has a great personality. He and the staff made a scary situation easier to endure. I'm fine now and have been completely cleared and I want to thank everyone at Alliance from the bottom of my heart for a great experience. I would highly recommend Alliance.

The supportive staff upon check in and out as well as the employee who took my vital signs and reviewed my history and meds were very helpful, polite and efficient. Dr MacDiarmid, as always, was professional, kind and empathetic to my patient needs and emotional support. He is a wonderful and understanding physician. I’m very thankful for being under his care.

Your office is easy to find and parking is convenient. When you get off the elevator it geta a little crowded made it to the waiting room and were called back in less than 5 minutes, Doctor came in within 5 minutes and were on our way home quickly. Check out was great, over all a very good experience.

I recently found out some unfortunate news about my health and was referred to Alliance Urology by my primary care doctor. I originally saw Dr. Newsome, and he then referred me to speak with Dr Manny. Both doctors were amazing, given the news that I had to receive it was already a high, stressful situation, but both doctors instantly made me feel safe and confident about my upcoming procedure. It could be hard to find doctors that you connect with instantly. But both of the doctors I interacted with left me feeling confident. I’m really glad that I was referred to this office for my health needs.

This is a doctor who has a friendly manner and a sense of humor. He is able to take a serious issue and give confidence that it can be resolved. Dr. Herrick never rushes your appointment and will take time to answer any question. I feel very lucky to call him my doctor.
