Windsor at Mariners is our home for the last 3 1/2 years and it's a great place to be! Close to everything one may need (Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Acme, restaurants, gas station, schools, ferry, you name it!), Windsor at Mariners is staffed by very friendly people right from the first moment you step into the leasing office (a special shout-out to Yvonne!) and the warm atmosphere extends throughout all those who keep the community always neat and organized! If thinking about moving to Edgewater, do consider Windsor at Mariners!

As a longtime (now 5 year+) resident, I just wanted to give thanks for such a terrific maintenance team. The maintenance crew of Tony, Fernando and Lovell, as well as the porters, Emilio, Angel, Martin and Juana are all fantastic. Anytime there is an issue, they are fast to respond and take care of things quickly and efficiently, and do an amazing job keeping the property immaculately spotless. A special thanks to Fernando for solving any of our minor apartment issues with great technical ease and always a friendly conversation. In addition, the Concierge crew and Management team are always available to help and no questions go unanswered. It is great having such wonderful team members here to help make Windsor at Mariners such an amazing community to call home. And you can't beat the view either!

Windsor at Mariners is an amazing, family friendly building with awesome amenities! There are residents from all over the globe, so you get a lovely mix of cultures. Lots of young families, so the pool area is always fun during the summer - plus the heated indoor pool is a blessing in winters! The common deck with barbeques has a huge lawn with city views. The residents are super respectful and polite. Last but not the least, the staff is the best! Starting from the leasing office (Carly helped us with dozens of questions), the concierge (the most friendly polite, courteous, and helpful I've known!), and the maintenance staff - very responsive, polite and attentive!

We recently move in to our appartment on the 18th floor with an amazing view. From day one Carly Wolf was there to guide us through the process and assist us in anything we needed. The leasing team at Mariners is outstanding, always easy to get to and communicate with, they get back to you super fast if you have any inquiries, and have solutions to any possible issue you may have. 100% recommended.

I've lived at the townhouse for two years and much satisfied. I strongly recommend living here. The apartment is located very conveniently with the ferry terminal, bus stops, wholefood market and trader joe's. The riverside walk is my best among the surroundings. The townhouse is right at the river and has an amazing view. A small lawn in front of the balcony is perfect for sun bathing and outdoor dining with a fantastic view of hudson river. I also enjoy playing soccer with my kids there. Every morning I wake up with a warm sunshine and beautiful silver reflections from the river. The staffs here are best of the best. 24/7 concierge staffs always welcome residents with smile. They are kind, responsive and professional. They memorize all the residents' names and serve the need even before I name it. Maintenance staffs are very professional. They are efficient, timely and satisfying. They never fail to fix a problem. The leasing office is also one of the best. They find whatever solution the tenant needs. They are supportive and thrive to maintain a great neighborhood. Even in the period of lockdown, they have kept most of the amenities working with an enhanced sanitization and social distancing guidelines. The BBQ place, tennis court, gym and outdoor/indoor pool are operated without any problem through a newly built reservation system. It was a great support in light of the pandemic and I could endure the lockdown period without difficulty. I enjoy healing myself in the jacuzzi and indoor pool feeling like they are my personal amenities. I'll also never forget the BBQ experience at the river viewing promenade deck. The apartment always comes up with an event every season's change and make every tenant die-hard fan of theirs. The pool party in the spring was the most amazing experience I could ever expect from an apartment complex, even though it skipped last year due to the pandemic. I truly appreciate a great living environment and all the efforts of the staffs here.

Where to start? The journey started about 2 months ago when my husband and I had a pretty good idea we wanted to rent an apartment in Edgewater. The question was, where in Edgewater? We searched the area in person and online. We narrow our choices by making a list of things that were important to us and things we wanted in our new place that we wanted to call home. Truthfully, it wasn't hard once we found the Windsor. Right from the start, we liked it a lot. We knew it had all the things that we were looking for. At least in paper and from the outside. So, at this point it was just a matter of visiting and see for ourselves if in fact, the Windsor was going to be our future home. Right from the start, we had an appointment with the nicest person, Carly. Carly works in the lease office and for a good reason. She's full of energy, friendly, knowledgeable and more important makes you feel at home right away. It makes you feel part of the great community that Windsor is. When you visit the Windsor, you don't feel hesitation. You feel right. Everything it's being done to make you feel that way. And for a good reason. After our visit, we went back home and agreed that if we were going to move to Edgewater, it was going to be at the Windsor. And so we did. A few months later, we signed the contract (very smoothly process) and we moved in. After our move we had a few little things that needed to be taken care in the apartment. Needless to say, Fernando came in right away and fixed them. He's fantastic and so does the rest of the people working in this building. One of the things that impressed us about this building and keep in mind that we're only being here for about 3 weeks but we read substantially online reviews before commit to it, is that the people that work in here are very professional. They keep on top of things. They want to maintain the kind of quality of living people are used to and expect from a building such as this one. So, in summary, is this building perfect? No. But, I don't think you're going to find one. But, what I can tell you is this, if you choose to move in, you will be very happy not only for the location, the convenience of restaurants, stores, transportation, walking areas, amazing views, but also, by the way this place is being run. It shows that they care, it shows that they want to keep it at a certain level and that's what makes The Windsor at Mariners a great place to live.

Life here at Windsor Apartments is simply paradise for us. Service and maintenance is also amazing and immediate. The lifestyle here is nothing short of luxury and safety.

My husband and I have been living at Mariners Cove for 13 years and we absolutely love it, it offers us a safe entertaining relaxing community environment, and a professional friendly and available staff, also extra kudos to the maintenance staff who are very considerate, professional and attends to our maintenance issues, with doing an excellent job and always available when you need them. Mariners Cove is a five star community.
