Don't rent here if you can they will try to get every dollar our of you. They will tempt you with good rent prices but the will try to fine you for the smallest things. The room mate placement is terrible to put it mildly. I was threatened with multiple fines for a messy apartment , but the mess was not even mine and yes you are responsible for others messes. A old roommate of mine got fined for having fish. When I moved out I got hit with ridiculous charges such as a full paint ( no damage done to the paint,) and a 50 dollar cleaning charge ( I left it spotless.)Don't look at the 5 star reviews the apartment does give aways if the residents give them 5 stars.

This place is the worst. Also, if your rent is 4 days late they'll give you 3 days to vacate. Funny because when I wanted out of the lease because my car keeps getting broken into here they wouldn't let me leave but if the rent is less than a week late they jump straight to eviction. I cant wait to get out of here. It's a garbage/hood complex pretending to be upscale. Theres trash hanging out of the dumpsters all the time, Trash on the stairs, loud neighbors, and the free wifi they have is horrible but you can't set up your own. Don't move here. Also one of the tenants here is actively trying to break into cars here every night. Mine has been broken into multiple times in the few months I've been here. The Kristi doesn't have any cameras or security and they don't care. I'm stuck in this lease for the rest of the year and can't leave because I didn't do my proper research on this complex and it's criminal tenants before I moved in. Don't make my mistake, go somewhere with cameras and security. This ain't worth it. [In response to The Kristi's response below] I have already reached out to your office here and all they said was to file a police report and that I need to basically trick someone into coming to live here in my place and take over the lease.

Well it was a pretty good experience I would say... Till the end. Making me pay for things I had nothing to do with... Like paining the whole room again? Like what's that about. And blinds that were already broken when I got there. When I talked to them before and they said I won't be paying for that... But made me pay... But other then that it was pretty good

The Kristi staff is always welcoming! They are quick to have any work orders fixed. They have events weekly and they are always so fun to attend!! I’ve lived here the past year and already renewed. The prices are the best in Corpus Christi. Love it here.

The Kristi is a good place to live!! Affordable property and friendly staff. Besides clowns breaking into cars, The Kristi is a great place to consider living. Decent roommate picks with great living space and washer and dryer units!!
