Very well run office, with quality staff from the receptionist to the doctors. Going here was a life changing event for me. Upon arriving here my first time I was taking several medications and my health was a mess. Dr Roy changed my life, getting me healthy and off all but 1 of 7 medication I was taking at the time. RN Jackie never has to make multiple attempts at your IV, she gets it right the first time. I do go back for hydration every now and again and always leave AUSTIN MD with that new me feeling. I highly recommend trying AUSTIN MD when you're feeling rundown and want to feel better! We need more Doctors and RN's like this office seems to have an abundance of! THANK YOU AUSTIN MD FOR GIVING ME BACK MY QUALITY OF LIFE!!

I love the entire team at Austin MD. Everyone is extremely kind, empathetic and truly concerned about each clients journey to healing . Whether you have a chronic health issue or just optimizing your journey for longevity, they are there to help you. I have been to other physicians and nurse practitioner’s who charge an astronomical fee but give you the wrong information and never follow up unless you pay an extra fee just to explain your labs. Also, the head physician will cancel appointments making you wait weeks or months to see him again. At Austin MD, Jackie, the RN who administers and manages the infusion clinic is AWESOME !!!! She’s such an amazing infusion therapist who works very hard. She interacts with each of her patients making them feel welcomed and calm. I truly love this place and have recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for a functional physician who knows his stuff. Dr. Roy is also a practicing ER physician who recognizes when a clinical issue may require traditional medicine or when a concern is truly an emergency. I appreciate that so much.

Was so so so grateful for Jackie! I get so nervous going to get IVs because my veins are so small, but Jackie was super assuring and helpful! The whole staff that I interacted with was also very nice and helpful as well! Will be coming back for more IVs in the future!

My consultation went amazingly well. Crystal was very personable and patiently explained my choices, procedures and answered all my questions. She has excellent bedside manners and I felt I am in safe hands. The entire place was very welcoming, hygienic and friendly. I look forward to a continued relationship with this facility and staff

I got Jeuveau with Crystal and she did an incredible job from consultation to execution! She has perhaps the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen and is so fun and professional! I genuinely get excited to come back for the next treatment. Beyond that she gives great advice when you ask for it and you absolutely should because she has impeccable taste! 6/5, 11/10 would absolutely recommend!

Finding Crystal has been a blessing for me, My skin got pigmented due to micro needling for acne scarring in a different clinic and my previous Aesthetician and Dermatologist couldn’t help me with pigmentation and worked with them for about 2 years. I was tired because of no results and started searching for a New clinic and found Crystal and I’am more than happy with the treatment she started and I see the results within no time.
