First visit and place is beautiful, Everyone so polite and attentive. Dr Anne listened to me without rushing. Gentleman at front desk was helpful and very Polite. Felt like a well family oriented doctors office.

Every member of the staff at Chau Medical group from the front desk to the MAs to the physicians are very friendly and nice while providing exceptional service. I felt very comfortable and well cared for every step of the way and have had a great experience every time I’m in the office. Dr. Lee is a very thorough doctor and really listens to my concerns and needs. As an older patient with more health concerns as I’m aging, it is important for me to have a physician that listens and provides the right guidance. Dr. Lee provides that and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate him and his staffs kindness and exceptional care. I referred both my daughters to the Chau practice as well and we have found the relationships to be invaluable.

My experience at Chau Medical Group in Winter Springs was nothing short of exceptional. I called on Monday to ask about a new patient appointment and I was able to get an appointment on Thursday! That's unheard of! I was expecting weeks to months but not here. Dr. Annie was so sweet and sat down and listened to all my concerns and ailments and took notes. Recently, I've been dealing with a lot of specialists so there was a lot of information and she was very patient. I felt listened to and like I was in good hands. She went above and beyond my expectations with her care and came up with a great plan for me moving forward. The office was pristine and everyone I encountered was very sweet and helpful. I'm glad I found them.
