Now the office is open they are busy everyone is real nice and helpful. I haven't made an appointment seems easier if you do. I went twice with my daughter without you wait longer without. It is a long wait to be seen. When it's your time you get good help. Try and have everything you need before going. They won't let you come in. My son can't take a test for a learners permit without a social security card. He can't get a social security card without a photo ID he can't get without a social security card. As a parent I can't help my son get a social security card because they don't accept photo copies of IDs in the mail you have to mail them your driver's license. They need to grow up and work like adults let people come into the office.

I was completely disappointed with the level of customer service and knowledge of the staff at this location. I was unable to resolve my issue, despite making two in person visits and numerous phone calls for guidance. The staff at this location needs additional training and senior SSA management should closely review the supervision for effectiveness . I was able to resolve my benefit issue, by going to a different SSA office where the matter was completed in less than 30 minutes.

Great service. Both from the gentleman that checked me in & some I received my ticket from & the woman who assisted me. She was quick, polite, informative, & willing to answer the couple of questions I did ask. I was in & out in a very timely manner. I went to change my last name due to marriage

I can not stand people who has a public job and refuses to assist or direct the public in the best way. Today, Wednesday September 13th few minutes ago I taken my brother to this location after waiting in line for a hour for a Spinach Lady at the front to tell my brother that she is unable to assist him because he had a paper ID from the MVA (which they give until the actual ID is received through the mail) I thought that was so inconsiderate, which she also stated, why are you here in MD and you applied for a DC ID… he feels that she has discriminate and he will be filing a complaint.

I didn't have a long time before I was seen. The lady that help me was very friendly and helpful she had me in and out in about 3min

I just left here and just wanted to say that Ms. Won was amazing. She explained everything to me and was very patient. My son was a bit ansy and wanted to leave so she gave him a little treat and a small toy to keep him distracted. That was so sweet of her. The security officer was a bit mean and seemed annoyed when I asked her a question. This is my first time coming to a Social Security office so I was confused on what exactly I had to do once I arrived. I felt very uncomfortable after that but Ms. Won definitely made me feel better. I know the job might be stressful but she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and that my son would Be okay. So thanks again Ms.Won for making my visit here better ❤️. I have to come back since I was missing something I needed and i’m hoping she will be the one to help me!

The center was clean, orderly, friendly, and professional staff. Restroom was very clean. My wait time was to be expected for the type of service provided by the agency.
