So happy to live in this community! From the application to the move-in everything was handled amazingly! Andie, the property manager makes sure to cross all the t’s and dot the i’s (even after move-in). We love it here soooo much! Best decision to move here! 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andie, a property manager who went above and beyond to ensure that my rental property was managed with the utmost care and professionalism. From our very first interaction, Andie was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs\questions One thing that really stood out to me was Andie's excellent communication skills. She always kept me in the loop about any issues that arose with my property, and he was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I felt like I was always in good hands with Andie!

I have had such a great experience with Sumner Village! From step one of touring to current resident, my process here has been amazing. Andie and her team have always been quick to respond, constantly checking in on any issues that have risen, and making the move in process so easy. I feel like my adjectives would make this review sound like a paid advertisement for Sumner Village, but it is not. I have to sing their praises simply for being one of the best and most commutative rental properties I’ve ever lived in. I wish more communities offer what Sumner Village does!

Sumner Village is a hidden gem, from the units to management. We had a guided tour of the single home unit and fell in love with the place. It just feels like home sweet home, with full premium quality amenities and dedicated parking lots. Andie is pleasantly amazing!! From what I dealt with at our current apartment, she is like the sun to our dark days. The rental management world needs more managers like Andie, a pleasant taking care of tenants true service professional with plenty of smiles. I have a strong feeling that we will be in good hands. She offered a fantastic deal that allow us to move over to Sumner Village while still stuck with paying the other apartment. In return, we promise to be sensible considerate neighbors. For now we'll call this place our home until buying a house down the road.

Sumner Village provides quality, confidentiality, attitude, maximum support, etc. We found this residential complex and in the first second we fell in love with the location and the infrastructure, the good offer with so many facilities. absolutely delighted with the services provided. A big thank you to manager Andie for her courtesy and support. This lady exudes a lot of positivity and only thanks to her our choice stopped here at Sumner Village, at the right place and time. 🙏
