We moved here from Arkansas and Berkshire was one of the first places that we considered moving into into. After deliberation we ultimately chose to go forward with it and We feel like we made the right decision. From the Amenities to the overall customer service, we love everything about this place. From the moment we started the process to this very day Tracy from the front desk has guided us along the way. No matter what the issue is she’s always available and helps us resolve any issues we have ever had. We love living here and can definitely see us extending our lease long term.

This community has one of the best maintenance teams. They always complete the work orders very promptly and with urgency. I’ve lived in many other buildings and this one has been the best so far. Both Maikel and Mario are extremely professional and work very hard to make sure the community looks great.

Moved down to Miami from the North East and we couldn’t be happier living at Berkshire! Alberto got us set up with everything we needed and helped us find our perfect apartment (We were so excited we applied the second we finished the tour). We also have had great experiences with Mario from maintenance helping us the few times we’ve had issues. Could not recommend living here enough!

Touring apartment buildings can sometimes be stressful but the staff at Berkshire Coral Gables made it easy. I scheduled my tour on their website and they were ready when I arrived. Ralph in particular was very helpful and showed me all the amenities and the specific apartment layouts I was interested in. Highly recommend this community for their location and value for the size.

Been a resident for a few months now and very happy I chose to live here. Alberto really sold us on the building, made the move in process super easy, and has done a great job helping us make the most of our amenities. The few maintenance requests I’ve made were quickly taken care by Mario - always careful and thorough. Overall the staff here has been great!

I’ve been living at Berkshire Coral Gables for about a year now and I’m very happy! The community is conveniently located and is very walking friendly. A Trader Joe’s just opened at about a 5 min walk and this has made my life so much easier (Milam’s expected to open in December- even closer!!). The staff is very kind and helpful and greets me every morning when I’m on my way out for work (I walk to work). This building honestly makes it feel like a home. There’s constantly resident events held that allow you to meet your neighbors and even an app to communicate with everyone in the community. Maintenance has a very rapid turn around to complete any service requests and always have a smile on their face. Highly recommend! P.S. attaching a picture of my nice view!

I lived here for 15 months and had the best experience. Tracy and Albie in the leasing office were amazing during move out and anytime I called with questions. Rafael was the best when I was apartment searching last year and was very transparent and thorough throughout the whole process. All of the staff are very kind and work so hard! Maintenance gets done sometimes as quickly as the same day, the hallways and amenities are always spotless, and the office staff are so kind to all the tenants! I also work at night so I’m usually sleeping during the day and never had issues with noise or interruptions. Overall a great community in a great location!

I'm relocating to Miami and came to tour here. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. You can tell all the employees really care about their residents. Throughout my tour I witness the leasing agent greeting other current residents which makes me again think: you can tell they truly care about their residents and constantly engage with them.

Great place to live with nice amenities and incredible staff. Maintenance will go out of their way to help you out in a timely and professional manner if/when you need it. The whole staff pay attention to how clean and nice the building looks, and take pride in that and it really shows. Front desk staff are very kind and friendly as well. Close to the train, quiet, and it’s within walking distance to a grocery store. I have no complaints!
