Absolute worst Navy Federal staff. In fact, the only bad staff I've encountered. One of their employees got into an argument with me over an NFL player exposing himself to children, saying it isn't a big deal & shouldn't be viewed as exposure. Well. I don't recall when I served that corruption of minors and indecent exposure were offenses to look the other way on. But to seek me out on Twitter to express these perversions reflects poor credit on the Armed Forces. Most of us served for some level of desire to do good. This branch has a hiring issue.

Good customer service from Denise. She was friendly and handled my debit card replacement within minutes. Who knew you can get a debit card printed on-site. I have had navy federal for five years and I have experienced amazing customer service. This new location is right by my job which is very convenient!

Lady in front desk on July7th 2023 said wait time would be 30 mins and it's almost 1 hour then said 2 people still ahead of me. I was trying to get a new credit card and she said I can't. This is The first time I have been told no. I need a card replacement because my chip doesn't work.

It was hard at first to understand the Navy Federal credit Union system. After coming from Well Fargo as a Primary customer, with a assign person to my account. I ask myself what is better, an person assigned to your account or better interest on your money? It was not a hard decision to make, more interest on my money and overall better services. I am a happy United State Navy Veteran keeping my money at Navy Federal Credit Union helping other Veterans. Try it you, u you oh will like it! My check hasn't even cleared there yet, and I can't wait to close the account and get out of there. 5 day hold on a cashiers check from Citi bank. All they have to do is call and verify funds. Navy Federal will do nothing more than they absolutely have to and will place highest restrictions without thought. You will not be able to speak to the branch. You will always have to go through a call center, and wait for the call center to call the branch and communicate back to you. Every Single time. Never to the branch directly. If you have a problem (and you will have problems) will go through a call center. Everything is on molasses speed because the local branch knows they don't have to interact with you. As soon as my bank check gets clear, I will close that account. Nothing is worth dealing with this. I'll take a little lower interest rate, and go somewhere that is efficient and I can communicate with directly.
