I have been a client of Ross for over 27 years! Melissa Gaylor gave my daughter her first haircut some 25 years ago. I have been a Melissa customer since! She is my Hairapist. She came to do everyone’s hair at my daughter’s wedding in December 2022. Melissa is the best!

I’m giving everyone in the salon a 5 star! Customer service was AMAZING! But SUPER DUPER SHOUT OUT TO CHRISTY!! She did beyond amazing with my hair! I went from dark hair with blonde highlights to a red! She was sweet and was so down to earth and was like a fresh of breath air just being around her. Thank you Christy! I will remember this day forever! I’ll be back for my root touch ups!!

My husband and I have been going to the Fountain City location for years. Kay Batts is absolutely the best! Her and the rest of the staff are great. They always remember us when we arrive for our appointments. The friendliness and professionalism of our haircuts and styling is why we book our appointments well in advance. We always look forward to our next appointment when we know Kay will not only make us look great, but her and the rest of the staff will make us feel like family.

I have been with Ross for 20 years. This is my fourth salon and it is the best! I have found a new location. Amy is an amazing stylist. She is nice and asks questions . I have a new style and I love it. Amy is my new stylist.

On a complete and utter whim I got my hair cut. I had long hair and decided I wanted short. I have never had anyone here at Roo the Boss Fountain City. I made a call and got in with Amy first thing the next day. To say I was a nervous wreck is an understatement. I've never gone much shorter than shoulder length. The price for the service was extremely fair and my sylist, Amy, was wonderful. She was attentive to my anxious feelings and gave me the most fabulous cut and style. Everyone who has seen me has compliments and asked where I went. I'm proudly telling them. I'm more than happy with the service and the professionalism of the staff. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer.

Appointments are always on time. You never have to wait. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is great and beautiful. And Melissa does a great job with my hair cut.

They did an amazing experience with my stylist! She was so friendly and even though it had been almost 5 months she still remember me and my baby. I was able to bring her to my appointment and she was so patient with me having to take care of her. It made the whole experience amazing!
