Dr. Dean and her student associate Molly were excellent. Molly performed my hearing tests. She then gave me the results and interpretation as Dr. Dean sat in, adding relevant information and answering questions as needed. As a professional musician who has been working with sound reinforcement for almost 50 years, I had some specific questions for which they had specific answers that helped me better relate what was going on with my hearing. When I flinched at the price of hearing aids - good ones aren't going to be cheap anywhere you go, neither put any pressure on me to make an untimely decision. I can highly recommend both as caring, knowledgeable, and professional.

Phase 1, the hearing test. The doctor greeted me and took me back. All during the hearing test she told me clearly what to do and expect. If I had a question, she answered and/or re-explained in a congenial manner. Back in the office she went over my results and... Phase 2, the hearing aids. ...recommended a hearing aid. She told me the features but who can remember all that? I asked for a brochure but it didn't really list the features. I had expected to buy that day, but I left feeling a little disappointed that I wasn't more knowledgeable about such an expensive purchase. I came home and did a lot of research. The doctor herself seemed knowledgeable and you may have different needs, so I would tell you to go ahead and make an appointment.

Very happy with this Audiology Clinic. Heather is very thorough and gave my husband a hearing test and sent one of his aids to be repaired. When it came back she programed both of them so now, after a long time, they finally work well. Thank you Dr. Dean

Very happy with the front desk staff and Dr. Dean! My 15-month-old's pediatrician originally referred us to Cooks Children Audiology but their first opening was not until 5 months out and their self pay price was over $500. I called Dr. Dean's office and their staff was extremely friendly and actually had an opening the very next day because of a cancellation. Plus the price was about 5 times less than what Cook's was going to charge. She was great with my son- very thankful for her and her team.

Lacy covers the front desk with the best personality. Greeted me by name as I entered the office. Dr. Heather is personable and professional all at the same time. She explained everything she was doing. I REALLY like this office. I am glad my husband and I have started a friendship with Lacy and Dr. Heather.

I was extremely pleased with my office visit for the hearing test, explanation of test results and what type & brand of hearing aid would best accomplish the most positive results in my hearing loss & tinnitus. Dr. Dean is a jewel ! Lacey (at the front desk) is so accommodating upon patient entry & exit. Next step will be fitment on my new hearing aids very soon. My wife joined me in the first office visit and she was also very pleased with Dr. Dean, so much so, the wife will be a new patient of Dr. Deans very soon.

Dr. Dean was so understanding, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and her office. The hearing aids were a little more expensive than I bargained for, but it is what it is.
