We love the Rinrose! My partner and I just moved in about a month ago and we are so happy about our decision. When we first toured at the Rinrose, Lorena was so nice and helped answer all of our questions super quickly. When move in day came around, Maritza made the transition super easy. We love our new home and the amenities are really nice and well kept. Not to mention the location is awesome, great views of the mountains!

I was one of the first people to tour the Rinrose when it was not yet ready for move in awhile back and Maritza called me her first day in the office! She was so nice to offer to show me the property again now that it is ready for move in. Although I already found a home it felt great that Maritza remembered me made sure I was invited back to see the finished product. Finding a home is so difficult in this market that I appreciate her being so personable and remembering me by name and what I was looking for exactly.

I've been leasing here for a few months. The property is excellent—quiet with a variety of resident activities. There's 24-hour gated security, a well-equipped fitness center, a BBQ area, a community room, and stunning views. I thoroughly enjoy my time living here.

Ruth has been exceptional throughout my rental process. Her dedication and prompt assistance made the experience smooth and stress-free. She was always available to address my queries, diligently followed up, and provided quick solutions. Her support didn't end after signing the contract; she continued to be incredibly helpful. I'm delighted with the service she provided and eagerly anticipate moving into this wonderful apartment.

Last week my husband and I stopped by Rinrose in Pasadena to look at the two bedroom apartments. The property is very nice, everything is kept really clean. I work from so having great meeting spaces downstairs is nice. The leasing office is full of nice people who helped us in a quick timely manner and they’re pet friendly !!

The Rinrose Apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. Apartments well built, the amenities were fantastic, and the environment was peaceful and quiet. The leasing managers are incredibly kind and patient, and maintenance was responsive. Plus, the location with nearby supermarkets made life convenient. Highly recommended!

I moved here in June and have been so content to call it home! It is a very new community, and everything looks very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Amenities are great, and common areas are always very clean and well-maintained. The mountain view when facing north is one of my favorite things about the Rinrose. The leasing staff, especially Ivan and Maritza, have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist, especially during the move-in process, have made settling in a breeze.

This building is beautiful and the amenities are breathtaking! It would be a dream to live here. The staff was so friendly. Maritza Ivan and Marcos were all super helpful.
