AMLI 808 is a wonderful property that is maintained extremely well. The amenities are incredible, well-designed, and convenient. While I rarely have any issues, I really appreciate that they have a 48 hour rule on maintenance’s response to any issues. The one time I did have something minor occur, they were literally up within the hour. So nice! The apartments are beautiful. They have amazing views and most importantly - are quiet - I literally can never hear my neighbors! Would recommend!

Amli 808 is beautiful. I toured the grounds with Beric and interacted with several employees. They were all fun and professional. It was clear how much they loved their jobs and the property. So much thought was put into the tenant’s experience - from the architectural details to the use of each space. There are so many ways to spend time on this property. I could sit by the pool, read in the lounge area, or catch up on work in the well designed conference space. The units themselves had plenty of storage space which is key. I’m looking forward to locking in my lease with Beric so I can start enjoying all that the property has to offer, including the creative social events.

I have lived in this building for about 6 months and I’m very happy. Most importantly the building is clean and safe. The staff are always professional, accommodating, and respectful. I have lived in many other places in Chicago and my experience at AMLI 808 is the very best by far. Highly recommend taking a tour and checking out the community!

Brandi was incredible! I already had high expectations due to the reputation of the AMLI and she exceeded those. She was knowledgeable, engaged and great to work with! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the community spaces/amenities and how quickly I received the overview post tour.

I had some issues with the plumbing and loud neighbors but Amli 808 so responsive and helpful. They very carefully and quickly take care of any issues. The leasing staff is amazing anytime I have a concern they fix it promptly. All of my friends were shocked at the exceptional service and the beautiful space they created here. It’s a family here and always felt like home.

Having been a resident for 1 1/2 years, the building has always been incredible for my entire tenure. Brandi, Paul, and everyone in the office has always been so much help in things I need, and the maintenance crew has always been super responsive to my calls. Highly recommend

AMLI808 is an excellent property. The maintenance team is especially knowledgeable & courteous. The front desk & building management teams maintain professionalism & are quick to address any inquires. Highly recommend this building if you’re searching for a luxury apartment in River North.

Really nice building with amazing amenities. The management team have been very kind and accommodating. Paul, in particular, has been incredibly helpful when touring and moving in. A huge shout out to Hakim and Harris for helping me move some furniture too. I highly recommend AMLI 808 !

Great place to live. The place is well maintained. Excellent maintenance team and staff. Near public transportation trains, buses. Near restaurants, church. I have lived here for almost 2 years and no problem at all.Amenities are really nice and nice neighborhood.

Amli 808, Chicago has been our home for the last year & a half. It’s very peaceful & quiet location, convenient & very safe, along with stunning amenities! The icing on the top is the 5 stars professional, dedicated & caring Management and Operations staff. We would like to shout out to Felicia, Leticia and the evening/overnight personnel)) for always being proactive! A special lady, Amra in Housekeeping, she is a shining star for always maintaining a spotless work area in the 17th floor, lobby, the gyms, rooftop even our hallways. Hakeem for always keeping the maintenance for our building a top notch & his priorities. Mitch & Harris are always working tirelessly under Hakeem’s efficient leadership! Last but not least, Brandi, our favorite Leasing Agent who is definitely an asset to your organization, very energetic & professional, Beric, a brilliant Property Manager who orchestrates the entire daily operations smoothly, a strong leader & professional. I am glad that I’ve moved in here. Since my first step into the building, I’ve been starting to feel that it is definitely worth it. As a resident now, I can say that the staff is fabulous and very responsive and they definitely care about your comfort. My move-in experience was so smooth with Brandi, she was so kind with me and my sisters and helped to understand all the building features without any rush. She is definitely the best!!! Also, I had couple issues in my apartment but the maintenance team figured out everything so fast. I was super impressed by their professionalism. Thank you so much, Amli team!

Amli 808 has the best maintenance team of any building I’ve ever lived in. Hakeem, Hector, and Harris have been nothing short of amazing! They are so responsive and so good at what they do. Every single work request gets completed within hours. They are so friendly, kind and have made my life so much easier. Mitch who is also a part of the team went out of his way to save my cat’s life. The front desk team, lead by Felicia have been amazing as well. They take such good care of the residents. I feel so safe knowing that Felicia and her team have us covered. Felicia has also helped me get my packages up when I’ve been ill or post-surgery. They truly care about us.

Maintenance at AMLI 808 is always responsive and takes good care of the issues within few hours. Hector has taken great care of the complaints in the room very quickly and has been responsible for clearing out any inconvenience regarding the issue. Cleaning at AMLI 808 is also flawless clean. Amira, very friendly representative, is a wonderful troubleshooter for the building and always liable for resident's comfort and needs.

Great maintenance team! They resolve issues quickly. They check in to make sure the repairs are holding before marking the work order complete. And they are always friendly! Thank you for getting our heater fixed!
