The concierge is great - Michael, Kenyon (especially), Rafael, Gladys, Arturo, and maintenance team are all attentive to the tenants needs and are very helpful. From time to time the elevators don't work properly (generally just one of the three). Besides that Avalon offers spectacular views, great access to subways, parks and local nightlife. Wouldn't rather want to be any place else. Thanks guys!

1.26.23 - This is an amazing community and at the heart of it is the building staff. Every day and night I’m greeted by everyone from the concierge desk to the maintenance crew. It’s almost like they come to work, but they treat you like life long friends. Everyone, Kenyon, David, Miasia, Christian, Hector, and everyone that makes the building run smoothly are incredibly patient and accommodating. The gym is always clean; the response for maintenance requests is fast; the lounge is always clean and organized. It’s a great space to come home to.

Very nice property that is well situated in the Brooklyn area. I wanted to give a special thank you to Kenyan for the warm welcome and assistance during my stay here. Everyone who worked the desk was kind and helpful. I hope to see you all soon!

Christian was such a wonderful person to work with. He has fixed our blinds super efficiently today. Even thou he had to make a few trips back and forth to get us the new blinds, he always came in with a bright smile! He’s truly made our day with these new blinds and his wonderful personality! Thank you so much Christian! You are the best!

I’ve lived in a couple different apartments over years but no place has made it this easy to sign the lease, get moved in, and be beyond helpful every step of the way. From maintenance, to the leasing staff and concierge. Kenyon has also has gone above and beyond since the day I moved in to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is amazing and personable. I was able to actually speak with a person the majority of the time, as well as receive timely call backs. Kenyon is the reason for the review! He was detailed, patient, and very responsive. He was professional and resolved every issue QUICKLY. He is an active listener, and provided amazing customer service! Overall, the staff at the Avalon have been accommodating and pleasant.

I moved to AVA Fort Greene two years ago. This apartment is actually the first apartment that I decided to settle down after 4 years of apartment hunting in NY. Everyone is so nice especially, the technician guys Samuel and Orlando.G are the best. I had a problem in my unit and they immediately came in and dedicate hours to fix it even though it was passed dinner time. The neighbors are all nice. And you will see the kindest front desk supervisor in NY, Micheal. FIVE STAR experience. Love this place.

Quiet and safe building and super convenient especially for the NYU tandon students. Many favorite ppl work in the building like Kenyon, Rafael!

Ava fort green staff are the top service providers. Especialy, Eric professionally and kindly supported me with a self-guided apartment tour and then I decided to sign the very next day.
