The maintenance team is great! Ghulam and Edward were incredibly helpful! My AC unit broke on the hottest week of the year and they came immediately to fix it. They were considerate of my space and worked very efficiently to solve the issue; now my AC unit is working great! Very grateful for such a responsive team.

Lashell at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with something this weekend, and it made me feel sad about moving out of this building someday. Our experience has been incredible: incredibly professional and dedicated maintenance staff, beautiful views, great space for our dogs. We could not be happier here!

Have been living at the AVA for close to 3 years and it has been a great and delightful experience. The entire staff are always so friendly and attentive. Patrick for example helped me with a real emergency and did not even hesitate to offer to help. I always feel valued, and I am thankful to be living here.

Ghulam did an impeccable job fixing some significant damage to my wall. You would never even know it was damaged. He even took the time to give me tips for future projects (and how to avoid the same mistake) as I'm learning to be more handy! The maintenance crew is one of the best parts of the building.

Orlando is very friendly and polite. He is very efficient helping us to fix the shower head in just 5 minutes. Really appreciate it!
