Dr Schwartz has taken great care of me for many years now. His service is top-notch and he's very personable. Every one of the staff members were so nice and efficient. Starting from the phone call I received to registration and then the nurse that roomed me was exceptional. I forgot her name but it might have been Lori. If not I apologize. Thank you so much.

Being new to the location, I picked Ft Wayne Orth because of close proximity. I have now been to both the Jefferson and DuPont site for different diagnostic reasons in the last month. The entire staff that I encountered at both locations were excellent: front desk personnel, X-ray techs, NP and Doctor. All were professional, kind and answered all the questions I had. I left feeling confident that I came to the right place and will get excellent care. An extra shout out to the front desk personnel at the Jefferson site. They are extremely efficient yet also funny and light-hearted. I always leave there feeling better than when I came in.

Absolutely wonderful crew. Dr. Nelson, Carolyn Hanrahan, and their team are amazing. Very nice, thoughtful, thorough, and really care about their patients. Never have I ever run across a more competent and compassionate medical group. Thank you so much for everything you've done to help me recover from my injury. Dr. Nelson is very thorough, kind, & compassionate. He repaired my husband's meniscus tear and will be reconstructing my daughters ruptured ACL and fixing her medial meniscus tear very soon. His bedside manner with her was just amazing. She was very scared going in that he would say she needed surgery. But he took his time explaining everything and was so empathetic to her feelings and reassuring as well, even sharing his own experience with the same surgery she is facing.

This was a follow up appointment after surgery, by Dr.Ian Nelson, who by the way I would recommend to anyone that needs any type of ortho surgery, 13 days ago. It was such a great experience! Registered quickly, sent to an x-ray waiting area, waited maybe 2 minutes, had x-rays and was back out of x-ray after 5 minutes. Sent to waiting area to be seen by Carol Hanrahan. Autumn took me back and what a sweet young lady she was! Carol explained everything and took great care with my arm as she removed my splint and put me in a cast. She kept me informed throughout the process. Dr.Nelson popped in just to tell me everything was looking great. I felt very well cared for!

Fort Wayne Ortho has done a wonderful job. Dr. Winters is a great doctor. He performed surgery on my wife’s neck and she’s recovering really well. He’s currently working on a pinched nerve in my neck and he’s been very knowledgeable.

My experience with Dr Sassmannshausen was excellent! His understanding of my knee issue and Care given are worth six stars. I also love the way they use text messages to check on you as a patient I highly recommend this doctor.

I had an 11:15 appointment with a suggested arrival time of 11. I arrived at 10:50. Was promptly being assisted and paperwork completed before 11. I was called back at 11:03, blood pressure taken and medical history reviewed and ready to see the Doctor within a very short time. I no more than pulled out my phone expecting a wait when the Doctor came in and we discussed my options and procedures. He showed me a short cut to the parking lot and I was in my truck and headed home at 11:20. Now I wait for a scheduler to call
