What an incredible experience! When I booked this place I was really nervous because it seemed too good to be true and I was so relieved to arrive and see that it was actually even better than the photos made it seem. My 40 friends and I took over the entire place. We all had a comfortable stay and it was amazing being able to hang out in the courtyard and on the roofdeck. The roofdeck unit was my favorite one but all were excellent. I would recommend this experience to anyone!

This place was great. The room was perfect for what I needed, was very clean and well decorated and stocked. The outdoor courtyard area was very inviting with lots of fun games to play, and of course the Neat Bar was great as well and very convenient for a night cap! I expect I will be back again after such a great stay!

LOCATION: it's located on the main street. So, it is close to bars, restaurants, and activities. I love the location because we just walked, especially when drinking, you don't need to drive. SAFETY: Everything needs a code to come in. I felt safe because of that. We didn't need to worry about people coming in the place if they were not staying there and our room. ROOMS: We reserved the Jungaloo Suite around July. My 1st impression was that the place was decorated in theme (jungle theme). I was impressed, especially with the price. One bathroom is smaller than the other, and it has a sliding door that doesn't lock. The living room was spacious. The kitchen is fully equipment on everything you need to cook and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The couch in the living room was huge and comfy. I could sleep on there. They have plenty of blankets, too. PLACE: I love that they have gaming area outside where you can hang out and play games. But they do have "quiet times" where they don't allow you to be there after a certain time. To access our suite, we did have to use stairs. There is no elevator. The bar downstairs is more upscale. It was small and not plenty of seats. The bourbon store was also upscale and expensive. PARKING: It is included in the reservation, and they have plenty. They do have signs warning guests to not leave valuables in the car. I guess the neighborhood had problems with people broking in the car. We didn't experience this, and they do have cameras. PRICE: Compared to nearby hotels and airbnb, this place is the cheapest. Even though it's cheap, it has a luxurious feeling to it. CLEANLINESS: The place was clean when we came in. They do have staff that clean the gaming area outside. CHECKINGOUT: The rules to checking out are easy to follow. They don't require a lot. They also have an app that gives you all the details about the place. OVERALL: Clean. Spacious. Cool. Price is reasonable.

This space is amazing and is perfectly located within walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants and local attractions. It definitely has a wow factor that even the pictures do not do justice. Everyone who stayed with us for the weekend commented on how amazing and well appointed the space is. If I had one piece of feedback it would be that we had constant issues with the music in the game yard. We tried multiple times to get it to work and ended up using our own speaker. One time I tried to text and was told that I had the wrong number. Another time it took until the next day to get a call back. By then we had it working, only for it to not work again that evening. That said, everyone really loved it there. I just wish we had not had this hiccup to an otherwise amazing experience.

What can I say at this place other than it’s AMAZING! Beautiful, relaxing location I felt right at home! I absolutely loved the aesthetics and how close it is to everything shopping-wise‼️ Definitely coming back! Great experience‼️

Bungalou is an amazing place to stay! There were plenty of games and fun to go around. My girlfriend and I loved the room and its cleanliness. During our stay, it was quiet and no one else was around to play games which is fine as I love my peace and quiet. But I wanted to switch things up and have some fun. So I'm sure that my quiet experience is most likely not standard. The NEAT Bar was closed at the time and it was cold outside. I'm sure if you were to come to this place when it's warm and the NEAT Bar opens up again, you'll have a lively time. I would say that if you and your friends want to have a fun time and enjoy other people's company, you have got to come here! Once it warms up, I would highly recommend coming here if you would like a clean, fun place to hang out and feel relaxed. My girlfriend and I definitely will be coming back again!

I hosted my client event and rented the whole place out for a night. This facility is so unique and offers so much. From the easy check-in, staff, the decor in each room, the rooftop and gameyard made it a fantastic event. Also another big plus was the amazing bar called Neat that is attached that makes it a great place to stop by and check out too. I can’t say enough great things about it and all my clients raved over how amazing the place was too and already asked if doing it again next year. Highly recommended.

Bungalou was the perfect location for our team meeting and overnight. We were able to utilize the private room at Neat and enjoy amazing cocktails, have team bonding in the outdoor activity space at Bungalou and spend the night it some of their beautiful suites. The location is central to many restaurants. Truly the perfect spot for a large or small group! Sean is very attentive and available for any questions and accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jungalou suite for our 28th annual Christmas party. Will make it a yearly tradition for sure.
