Diamond and Beth were amazing to work with on my health journey! They made me feel so welcome and understood. They also made sure I had all the information I needed for next steps and gave me many opportunities to ask questions. I spoke to Doug at the front desk and he was very helpful throughout my entire experience. He answered all of the questions I had and was very courteous. I was very anxious about the whole process and he as well as the QMP made me feel at ease. My QMP was Mallory Iverson and she was very professional during our conversation. I trusted her medical and personal experience and the recommendations that came with it. I appreciated that she treated me as a mutual and not as just another name on a chart. She went above and beyond by also recommending a good physical therapist and other methods to address my pain management.

I went in just to get some info on where to begin searching how to get a medical cannabis card.(chronic pain) I’m blown away with the service I had with all the employees I met. Diamond was amazing, they are all knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate in what they do. If I would have know it was this fast and easy of a process, I would have done it much sooner.
