Samantha & Dalia (The Owners) were amazing! Very nice, very friendly! Felt amazing to write the names of every person who has ever hurt me & smash it to a million pieces! Best part was being able to choose my own music as I destroyed every item piece by piece!! I will definitely be back to destroy some more!

Absolutely amazing! Took my son and his friends here to try it out. They had an absolute blast. The ladies that work there are fantastic! This place is awesome for parties and special events. We ended up booking his birthday party here as well.

My non-biological big brother took his own life about a week ago. He has been the person that I always knew was there since the day I was born. I’ve had so much anger building up all week. I needed some rage therapy with my best friend to let some of it out. I’m so glad the amazing ladies at Frustration Station have made an environment where you can let it out. Thank you for giving me the space to feel like I could breathe again for a little while today.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted, felt welcomed right away. My daughter and her best friend got creative with paint in the splash room, threw paint at not only their canvases but at each other! They were able to play their choice of music. Which was cool. then they went into the rage room where they were able to let their frustration out. (They broke everything lol) I have to say this was such a great idea, at the end they both requested for another session **The rage room really helps with any frustrations, mental health or just when you need to let loose. They also have sessions for little ones in the rage room, which is cool. The staff was so awesome, they were very nice, informative, and provided us with pictures and refreshments. Check them out, it’s well worth it.

The owners of frustration station stand out as experts in providing an amazing experience for their clients. I was a little hesitant to participate in the smash room activities but I found them because I wanted to try something new that would be fun and designed to help with stress. I cannot even explain how awesome it was to have their awesome hospitality while also being allowed to break a bunch of stuff. They seem really trauma informed and compassionate. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends and will be coming back.

We went to celebrate my daughter’s bestie bday and the loved the experience. They did both rooms. The owners are very friendly. Place is really nice and the experience is amazing!

My best friend and I had a great time getting out frustrations and all of life’s craziness. 20mins is plenty of time to really get thru all the things (mentally, emotionally, and literally). Would recommend adding in a TV if you can. We laughed we cried we sang we screamed we bonded. It really was a great experience. Not to mention the staff is fantastic!!! My husband and I decided to try frustration station to celebrate our anniversary this year. We both have very stressful jobs and thought it would be a great way to let out some steam together. It was such an amazing experience. The owners were so kind and accommodating, they even decorated our smash room for us with balloons and a sign. The customer service was phenomenal from the phone call to schedule the visit until the moment we left after our experience. We will definitely be attending again and will also recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Oh. My. GOSH!!! When I tell you they do everything and MORE. They played music, offered drinks, and gave us so many items to break(they also let us keep a few of our choice). I will definitely be coming back for all future events!! Seriously recommend.
