I hadn’t been to Mountain View cemetery since a family member passed away in April 2020. I had heard several complaints about the grounds and how poorly maintained they had become recently. My mother and sister visit our family garden often. I was in town this week and was overcome with sadness at the condition of the grounds. Shrubs were dying or overgrown. Some trees were struggling too. There is a dead snowball bush at the side of my fathers marker. We have had a “work order” in for several months. The office confirmed to me on Wednesday that it was in process. Grass looked absolutely awful! (Drought, I was told, and sprinkler problems) What has happened? Many good reviews on your services, but the grounds are grossly neglected. ( My in-laws were at the cemetery Memorial Day weekend and they were very disappointed at the way things look). So sad to see what once was magnificent become so neglected. My husband parted ways with Memorial Estates, not as Josh stated.
