Great food, drinks and top notch service in the beautiful ambiance of the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The bread is worth trying, so is the burrata, shrimp & grits! The kids menu was a bit pricey @ $17 but I guess that's expected. Overall very happy I found this gem and we were accommodated as a party of 10 on a Friday night. Can't wait to return!

4.5⭐️ Service, food, recognizing my sons birthday, even considerate to-go water bottles were all top notch! We ordered the burger (not on menu) that we heard was great. Waiter said it won best burger many years in a row thus everyone knows of it so it’s not on the menu. Had Parker House rolls to start which were brought to our table without request. The spreads were amazing, soft, and flavorful. Next had deviled eggs and Brussels. Entrees were burgers and daughter also got Mac n cheese which she said wasn’t anything special but everything else was really good. Waiter surprised my son with birthday dessert of bag of donuts + hazelnut tube & coffee ice cream. It was enough to share a bit and maybe the best of the desserts although we didn’t try the others. None seemed as appealing. NOTE: spend time on property walking around after! Amazing place with hammocks and hanging chairs to chill in or take photos of along with a beautiful sunset on the water. This was far more than just dinner for us and highly enjoyable experience!! Our kind waiter, Eric I think, suggested we walk around the property after dinner. Excellent recommendation!

This place wowed me with the service from start to end. The ambiance was so nice. Mario was our server and he was so attentive and friendly, for been the first time he took the time to do some recommendations on the menu. Thanks for make our anniversary so special. I had such a good time there in our anniversary dinner. Remember me is a drink that I loved the most, great taste! I want to go back to have some more “Remember me”.

Great food and exceptional service. The deviled eggs are great and the bread is amazing. The bread is further enhanced by the butter. The lemon herb butter is out of this world. I also highly recommend the lamb. Fall off the bone and delicious.

This place was amazing ❤ My first time visiting and I'm so impressed 🥰. I actually live right across the street but I've never been. I'll definitely be going back. I tried red velvet waffles for the first time, they were amazing 😋. Everything was delicious. The service was even better. I'm sorry, I don't remember how to spell out servers name 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. I should've written it down. She was excellent 🙌🏽. Such a lovely place. We'll be back.

Service here is some of the best we've ever had. So friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is farm to table I believe, and it is good, however some of the items didn't quite live up to their expectations. Hard to describe but just left feeling slightly disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and about everything you would expect inside of a Ritz Carlton. We felt comfortable without needing to get over dressy, very laid back atmosphere. If you're not staying at the hotel, the only parking is by valet. It's free but you may want to bring some cash for tip when you get your car back. There is an ATM if you're like us and don't carry cash, the front desk will gladly show you where the machine is located.

Limited menu but excellent with what they have. Wings were a big win. Burger was juicy and more than a handful and couldn’t finish it off. Bar atmosphere was pleasant with a variety of seating options. Pool table (2), shuffle board (1). There are a few TVs spattered around.

Highball & Harvest has such a charm that when you go down the stairs of the Ritz Carlton and enter the restaurant, you could be in NYC or any metropolitan city in the world. It has a great vibe and the low lighting in the evening sets the mood. There are also pool tables and lounge areas to relax. For dinner, we began with The Heat Wave cocktails which was very refreshing with a touch of spice. We ordered The Southern Spread for an appetizer. I loved the pimento cheese and bread that comes with it. And for dinner, I had the market special which was cobia with gnocchi. And he had the Sweet Tea Fried Chicken. It was so juicy and tender. The staff was warm and friendly and helped with plate suggestions. I holy recommend visiting.

When we got to the front of the hotel (Ritz-Carlton), i was worried because we had 5 kids with our group. Surprisingly, this place was kid friendly. In the front, they had a game area set up. They have a kids buffet with a burger bar, pizza, tenders, broccoli, fries, and other stuff. One of our waiters seemed new ish because he looked stressed. The other was really funny and chill but quick on any requests. The Parker house rolls we big and fluffy and came with 2 butters that, in my opinion, are best mixed. The deviled eggs were good. The skirt steak was delicious. The eggplant wasn't great. But it wasn't bad. Just not the flavor I was in the mood for.

The food was awful. The mac&cheese was the only good think. Don’t come. Run the other side. If you don’t like vinegar this is not the place for you.

This is not your typical hotel restaurant! The setting is comfortable, yet upscale, the service was absolutely outstanding and the menu, although not vast, had all the right dishes. Whether, fish, chicken or burger, the food far exceeded our expectations...the dishes are unique, tremendously tasty and the food is plentiful...you will not have room for desert!

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Orlando for our anniversary and this restaurant was one of the only ones open. We had did we there and it was BEYOND AMAZING. The food was so creative and delicious. The fires tomatoes with crab meat was TO DIE FOR. The chicken with pecan and gnocchi dinner was mouth watering and the crème brûlée was decadent. Wish I lived closer but I’ll definitely go again if I ever visit Florida again. The waiter was SUPERB and all the service was top notch.

First class waitress - Hannah and two of the most amazing sandwiches we've had in a long time. I am gluten intolerant and they have several accommodations including gluten free bread for my sandwich. Definitely try the drinks and crunchy seasoned fries!

Absolutely amazing! From craft cocktails to the taste and presentation of food. The bartenders were helpful with recommendations and delivered perfect cocktails each time. Don't get me started on the dessert!

We ate at their buffet and it was wonderful. The attention to detail is impressive. The staff was continuously rotating the hot and cold items keeping it all at the peak of freshness. Their fresh fruit preserves were delightful. Apple butter and raspberry preserves taste like a Pennsylvania Dutch recipe from days gone by. Keeping pancakes and waffles fresh on a buffet line take a lot of effort and they did it. You could have an omelet made fresh to your desires. Lots of fresh fruit choices, granola, parfaits, yogurt and sliced prosciutto with several additional meats. The scrambled were fresh and light. The bacon and sausage were excellent. Grits, oatmeal and even sausage gravy were in on the hot line. The breads certainly looked fresh and baked right there. The service is without a doubt some of the finest you will ever experience. Hannah was our server and took outstanding care of us, but she wasn't alone. At least 3 other wonderful folks also checked in with us during our and after our meal. This our second trip to this beautiful hotel and we will certainly return.

The music isn't loud. It's subtle in the background and adds to the atmosphere. I can actually hear my friends at the same table. The service is very attentive. Mario and Sam are exceptional. I love the variety in menu from lunch to dinner. I recommend the fried okra, the eggplant, the donuts for an fun and interactive experience, the cheeseburger and the pull apart parker rolls with 2 kinds of butter. 😋 its sinfully delicious.

Possibly the single best burger I've ever tasted!!! UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!! Janelle, bartender was spot on suggesting this... ALSO created a fresh espresso amaretto drink that is FRIGGIN KILLER!!

As locals of Orlando, we would enjoy dining at the Ritz and would gather with loved ones from time to time as well. The staff is very friendly, the property is well maintained and we specifically enjoyed breakfast at Highball and Harvest multiple times. Our favorite of all was Donna, the cook at the omelette bar. The family was immediately drawn to her warmth and fun personality. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and great asset to the property, not just the restaurant! Now that she knows our family from our visits, she makes us feel like family and we have done our best to do the same. We not only look forward to returning to enjoy the food, but to see Donna again. The buffet at the JW is nice as well, but Highball and Harvest is our spot.

They have a separate vegan menu although it only has five options. I had the tropical paradise for drinks, Brussels sprouts and the street corn. Everything was delicious and the staff was amazing!

Had dinner here last night. Our server Ryan was great! I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. Another party at our table had the venison which I was able to try. Venison is a tricky dish but was prepared very well and was delicious. I only provided four stars on atmosphere as the music was a little loud and there was another table close to us with some folks that were loud and boisterous, but otherwise it was a great time.

Very nice atmosphere and super friendly service. Our server Robbie was the best. The Brussel sprouts appetizer was probably my favorite. The burger entree is absolutely huge, and quite delicious. Especially the pickle inside. Possibly the best pickle I’ve had with a burger. They cooked the scallops to a perfect texture but over-salted them.

What an awesome fun night. We sat outside under a covered area and was screened off. It was raining and it was so peaceful. The scenery was beautiful with a orange red sunset. The food portions were huge! A very nice wine selection and Chris and staff were great. Thanks for a wonderful night!

Really top notch design and vibe in this restaurant just below the Ritz lobby level. Couple of pool tables for folks to chill at and watch games and a darkly lit bar area with plenty of wrought iron and wine/beer taps to help give it a nice industrial vibe (don't feel bashful about flipping on your cell phone light to see the menu). A much more dressed down option compared to Fork & Knife with the added benefit of a great solo guitarist on a Saturday evening in the bar. Drinks were really delicious, with the Last Wish standing out as a top notch take on an old fashioned (but with some extra cinnamon kick from the spiced cola syrup). Sampled a few apps that were good as well. Wings were standard fare... "Nashville hot" seemed to be just mild buffalo, the hush puppies were a nice surprise and the southern spread's sourdough bread was a treat with that pimento spread on top! Can't wait for a repeat visit to try more of this menu.

The morning of our departure we had breakfast at Highball and Harvest and it was delicious! Chef Donna is an absolute sweetheart and you can really tell how much love and care she put into her craft. She was the highlight of our trip and we would return just for her alone. She was absolutely amazing and very personable. She made my boyfriend fresh pancakes to take with us for the trip and he loved every bite. She make the best omelets from scratch and is the most kind person you'll ever meet and you can tell how much passion she has for her work. The staff overall are wonderful and so caring. It feels warm and cozy, a very welcoming place that takes care of it's patrons.

The food at highball and harvest is ok. You’re at a hotel so you should expect high prices, and the quality is reasonable. The breakfast buffet was way overpriced, but the amazing toffee pecan bread I had from it made me happy, and to be fair I didn’t mind the $40 because of this one dish. If the hotel had other options I likely wouldn’t have come back, but they don’t. I did have lunch there the next day and the burger was good. You’re probably wondering why I’m giving five stars. It’s because of the service. On both trips the servers went above and beyond and met all of my needs. And if one person was busy, the other servers would ensure cups were full and guests are happy. You’re paying for service and convenience when you eat at highball & harvest so go in keeping that in mind. If I stayed at the hotel again, I’d likely go back. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced professionalism like this in a restaurant.

Perfect ambiance for every meal! Lovely spacing! Wonderful service. Words can not describe all the multiple well blended flavors in their dishes. Appetizers to entrees, all so tasty! We lunch and then went back for dinner! We plan to eventually try the breakfast !
