I wanted to buy bread and found out it was all rotten. I told the manager and she removed it. The next week I went back and checked the bread section and again found rotten bread. I told the manager and she didn’t even care. Be careful with what you buy here.

Great place to shop for bulk. Amazing assortment of products. The lady cashier was great. Stephanie was going to close the lane I was in. But she insisted on cashing me out before she left. Thank you for the great customer service. 🙂🦆

The one is star is not about the store itself. The store is great and most of the staff of very friendly and helpful they deserve the 5 stars but last time I went the guy that charged me was in a bad mood because they were about to close and since my cart was full he told me to go and get another cart and that for “future thought” I should care where the bar code is facing because he pretty much didn’t want to do any effort while scanning the items but that his job and that is what he gets paid to do. I don’t think this is the way to treat someone that spends more than 1.5k every time they go.

I did not find the prices cheap, the customer service terrible especially from the front of Mrs. Angela who threw me the papers when I asked about the membership. I'm trying to start a business and I'm sure I won't come back.

The cashiers make mistakes and after you left the store the chase you in the parking to have you come back to pay for stuff you already paid for. Make you feel like a thief. Managers are rude and lack of customer service.

Fast and awesome! Really nice people in Receiving. No parking but there are few places on the shoulder just outside the drive and around the area you just have to hope to get lucky

It's always good to shop here. I only wish I could buy everything I need to buy in one place and at the best price, but it's still my go for business.

As a small business owner, being able to shop here for bulk orders is great, but what I love even more is all the kitchen gadgets, containers, and items that make being in the kitchen easier.

It brings Joy to my Heart to walk in here. Thousands of items to make me Happy. Which then brings smiles to all the others from my Baking . Happy Holidays to all shoppers !

Fastest off load I had. Had an appointment for 8am. Arrived at 8:02am (traffic getting here is hell so plan accordingly. Street lights are horrible.) I didn’t even park before the guy came out and told me once another driver pulls out, back into his door. The driver was done and in the process of leaving. Once I backed in they started off loading me right away. Lumper is paid through the relay app and/or link. This was my first stop of four so it was nice to know they were quick. They’re super friendly as well. Always a plus. They have parking for three trucks on the property otherwise you’ll have to park on the street and walk up. It’s better to make a right onto Robert Mclane Blvd then a left on avenue “A” so you can park on the shoulder on your right side behind the line of other trucks. If I find myself in Florida again I’d do business with this facility again.

Terrible front end service, cashiers are rude, and very unfriendly, and unhelpful, floor guys are great, product is ok when in a pinch

We switched from orlando location to this one couple of years ago and its been a breeze since then. Eric store manger rocks and this location is one of the cleanest you will find.

Highly recommend place and they provide all the stuff for restaurants with good quality and affordable prices and the only thing is they need keep the staff in all the sessions so that they can help the customers to get the stuff easily , rest of the other things is good and keep rocking

Great unloading experience. They were the last of 3 drops. Checked in and guy said park outside against curb and I’ll come get you. One truck in front of me and I was immediately in door and done. Thx a lot guys
