Had Josh G and Joshua C put together and fix up my new bike tonight in the shop. They worked together so efficiently and were so kind to me while I waited. They gave me tips on what to expect with my new gravel bike and their service was above and beyond! I’m definitely having all my future bike repairs here!

Just want to give a big thank you to the staff at Sun and Ski for always being so helpful and knowledgeable! I was able to buy my dream bike (below) from this store a couple of years ago, and it has always been a great experience getting work done on the bike and having a nice chat while I'm there. Also, if you happen to need any shoes or outfits for our local parks, reserves, and beyond, this store has a wide selection to pick from with great staff to help with recommendations. Definitely stop by if you haven't already, they're definitely the people you want to see if you want to get out there and explore what Texas has to offer like what I've been able to do thanks to them!

I bought my Rossignol bike from this store and thier knowledgeable staff, really great people and especialy Josh! He always is ready to provide maintenance and is polite and helpful. Here is my bike, I love it so much, when you swing by ask for JOSH! He knows whats good! :)

Josh, thank you for helping me pick out this gorgeous Cannondale Topstone that I just purchased. Every experience I've had coming here has made me coming again. Gave me a tip on to put sealant in tubes. They was happy to do it for me while purchasing the bikes. I was very happy to buy em from this location. I was already at a Bike shop today n chose to come Here instead and to stay loyal. Thank you for all your help and my kids are very happy with them!!!!

I’ve never felt so limited by a rating system. I need a few more stars to even come close to the level service I received. 10/5 almost does it justice. I felt appreciated and taken care of. I wasn’t pressured to purchase or forced into a wrong shoe just to make a sale. Shoes are a dime a dozen but finding someone knowledgeable that I can trust is the real diamond of this store. I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Tony today and will only buy from him. 100/5 stars.

Great location. Clint was an amazing help in getting me the perfect pair of snowboard boots!

Great customer service. Tony was awesome!! Since it’s summer it’s hard to find good snow pants, but he was able to help us by going to the back and brought out boxes so I can see their snow collection. Because of this I was able to find a good pair of pants for the snow for my upcoming trip out of the country. Ask for Tony he’s awesome!

Josh P. is a class act, very knowledgeable, friendly and even helped us get out stroller back up and running…Great Job to the McAllen crew we will be back.
