Decided to bring in my watch to be serviced, took no longer than 10 mins. The owner was very respectful and welcoming, the man didn't even charge me for the service! I could not be happier with my ring! Yepez crafted this beautiful solitaire engagement ring. This tulip, 6-prong setting is made of 10k white gold and sits on a classic 18k gold, 3 mm band. Yepez has also made our wedding bands. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for high quality, custom craftsmanship.

I had bought my watch at a local watch dealer at the mall, few days later it kept bad time. They sent it out to the "manufacturer" to get it fixed, nothing. Took it to another jeweler it just the battery, nothing. Had it laying around for almost two years, was gonna sell it.....Took it to Yepez problem solved! He checked it out, called me and told me what the problem was, quoted me a price and that was that, he took care of the problem and a month later the watch is working perfectly! Yepez Jewelry did an amazing job resizing one of my rings, replacing a missing melee diamond, and swapping out a center gemstone. His prices are reasonable and I couldn't be happier with his work. I plan on taking any of my jewelry that needs repair to Yepez from now on. Thank you!

Great customer service and they were fast to fix my broken ring. Also appreciated the fact that you must ring the doorbell to be let into the store. Seeing their security system in action made me feel comfortable leaving my ring with them
