Wait was a bit longer than expected, but we were definitely okay with that since the day of pickup for the ring was around thanksgiving. The ladies at Paramount Jewelers as well are all so sweet and patient with us as we were with them and i appreciate them being assuring to our wants & needs!

My future son in law purchased a beautiful engagement ring from this location, they were so patient and helped him pick a perfect ring for my daughter. I went back myself today and purchased a necklace to carry my mother's day present, they were very friendly and remembered me from before. I was expecting to pay much more that I did and they found the perfect necklace. Thank you ladies, keep doing a great job.

I have to say from the first phone call, to the final delivery of the ring, the service was outstanding. I had a ton of questions and all were answered with a smile. I drove from 180 miles away, and they kept me informed throughout the process. My next jewelry purchase will be from this store. The staff is friendly and the initial service was great. Other than that, I'm not satisfied with the quality of service overall. I purchased a gold ID bracelet for a child. The day I purchased it was sent in for engraving. Was notified a week later it was ready. It was too big and had to send back for resizing. Hmm..ok I understand. Another week later notified it was ready. Still way too big and needed to send back in for another resizing. Already getting frustrated with the service. Ok I let them keep it to send back for resizing. Another week later, notified its ready. Picked up ID bracelet and it was scratched and scuffed above the engraving on top side. Let them know and all they could say was if you bring it back we can send it back with a rush order to have it buffed and fixed. Now I'm annoyed. This is ridiculous. Not a happy customer. 😠😡
