Super cool new spot in the North Loop for a delicious egg sandwich! Vibes are immaculate, service is great, and you get a damn delicious sammie in like 7 min! Prices can’t be beat, I’ll be stopping in every day!

Thoroughly enjoyed this egg on a roll. Had the Bombay. Great flavors. Love the chili crunch, sprouts and the brioche bun is perfect. It was bigger than I thought it would be (that’s what she said). I’ll be back.

Yep. This place deserves 5 stars! It’s located in a little bodega and all is made fresh and to order! I did a make your own of egg, brioche bun, goat cheese, bacon, arugula, roasted tomatoes and peppers and my partner ordered off the menu. Both fresh and delicious! Took about 10 minutes to make. Will go back!

Oh my... Where to start... I got 2 sandwiches, the Tuscany (one with greens) and the Hot and Crabby (one with corn). To say these sandwiches look good is an understatement, they look like delicious art. They smell delicious. And the taste is absolutely out of this world. All 5 senses are pleased at the end of this experience. You have to try it.

The Breakfast in Bombay roll is incredible!!! I got it yesterday and went right back today for another. The combination of garam masala, alfalfa sprouts, and banana peppers on an egg sandwich is genius. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had, and the employees were very kind and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend checking this place out.

Perfect stop if you’re looking for a breakfast sandwich! It’s a must stop visit for the north loop. I recommend the breakfast in Bombay if you want some spice and a flavorful sandwich. The cry’n eggy is another recommendation. They have so many options so you can’t go wrong. You can order online too if you need a quick pickup.

Tucked into a corner store, this egg on a roll delivers to its name. You can go classic or get fancy, but either way you’ve got a great on the go meal. The buns are soft, the ingredients are fresh, the eggs are cooked well (there is one style of egg, and that’s scrambled). Would 10/10 recommend going to the website and ordering for takeaway, as this place (no doubt will) increase in popularity I can see wait time increasing and there is not a lot of room in the shop. Do yourself, and probably them, a favor.

A lovely addition to the twin cities as a native New Yorker craving the classic egg on a roll sandwich. Super filling and a melt in your mouth scrambled egg. If you’re a fan of a well executed egg sandwich, this is your spot!

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. We ordered the Forager and added bacon as well as Breakfast in Bombay. Both were amazing. Their sauces are unreal. Made fresh right in front of you, you can’t go wrong with this new gem in North Loop!
