My car broke down and I needed to sell some guns and video games. Cam was extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally kind. If you are a woman and at all concerned with going into a pawn shop or getting ripped off do not worry about that here. You will leave feeling better than when you came in. Also they have a really awesome selection of stuff to buy from designer bags to jerseys to crossbows.

Purchased a set of Beyerdynamic DT1990s from them. Could of been a very risky buy given the cost. However this shop went above and beyond emailing me good tracking and packing it well. It arrived in under 3 business days. Every accessory was included and the condition was spot on great. Very happy with the sound quality. My only criticism in the future is to put the price tag on the case instead of the headband as the residue on the leather required a bit of work to remove. Edit: Once again Big Dog Pawn for the win on another purchase 11/29/23. For a well used 3DS system. Arrived as described and is a fun to play games with. Will be shopping from them again in the future!

Not quite sure how everyone has had such good experiences here except my family? My husband and I have gone in multiple times with valuable items, desperate for help to get us through until payday, only to be turned away not just once, but EVERY SINGLE TIME. There were times we would have taken a measly $20, but every time we have been greeted with nothing but irritation and have been immediately turned away. I don't know if it's a discrimination type of deal because my husband and I are both plus size individuals? Or because my husband has super long hair, and that makes them uncomfortable?... But every time we have gone in, we have been treated like scum of the earth/junkies looking for drug money. Most of the time they have not even attempted to appraise our items, and we were told they "aren't in season." (Summer isn't even over yet, but they wouldn't even take a second look at our $500 Lawn Mower or offer to sit on it for even $25 for gas until payday?...) Needless to say, I have left this store every single time in tears, and have given up on ever coming back and trying. I think they realize that the people often utilizing a pawn shop are there because they need help and have run out of options and they are taking MASSIVE advantage of that. It's insane to me that actual junkies can go in and Pawn their stolen items WEEKLY, but my husband and I, (a legitimate struggling couple just trying to exist in this scary world) can't get any help, let alone a decent interaction. I could not recommend a Pawn Shop any LESS.

Came in for some quick cash and was greeted by the workers. Jose, Cameron & Johnny were super cool and got me what I needed. Just wanted to say thank you to these guys for all the help and Jose for being super patient with me. Definitely coming back - great vibes!

Come to this place! I cleaned out the electronics from my garage and was able to sell some collectibles for $40 total. Worth the trip!

Nick & Trevor both helped me. They were extremely professional, while simultaneously making us laugh throughout the transaction. All of the staff here are extremely proficient, and the shop seems to be a well oiled machine, while the aisles are lined with items to catch the eye.

Never have stepped foot in their store but I’ve met Scott and his team. They are incredible people, their Facebook live videos rock (super fun and educational) and from the looks they have one of the best looking pawn shops in existence. Check them out!

Austin and the whole crew were amazing! I bought an Xbox thinking is the next gen when it wasnt. 😅 When I came back, not only did they discount me upgrading to the next gen, it was super fast and easy! 🙂 Highly recommend!
