We needed sand and chemicals for our new above ground 🏊‍♂️ pool It was one of the first warm day's. 80° Their phone was busy. The owner, and other staff was quite nice, helped me with a question about sand filters. Great information. I would however alway look on the internet to get knowledge about all questions on chemicals. You can decide what is best for your pool. They didn't have a variety of sand, but did have a pool sand. And a chemical for good clean water. Best of luck, make sure your pool is safe. Too many accidents! You can't undo death.

The buying of the hot tub experience went smoothly. I have had a few issues come up with the hot tub that were under warranty no big deal. The problem is that the repair people need to communicate better when coming out to a residence. A day was agreed upon for the repair person to come out and it was never expressed to me nor did I get a call that the person came early. I never received a call as to what the issue was. The issue was never fixed but instead had to be handled by someone else. I was told that I would be mailed extra LED light lenses, but never received them.
