We have had great experiences with Dr. Garcia so we knew we were in good hands taking Tito to OnPoint. We saw Dr. Marino and she let our dog give her lots of love and was very genuine about expectations for care provided on our visit. The front staff and nurses were very responsive and welcoming which helped to make what could be a very stressful situation seem more manageable. Tito says thank you!!

My baby urgently needed help and we were accepted without delay. Very helpful staff. I was allowed to be with my boy all this time. Dr. Wayne Garcia was very attentive and patient. All the staff are very attentive. The clinic is clean and has its own small parking lot.

They took the best care of my Callie girl. We were in and out in a little over an hour and the cost was a fraction of what I expected, super affordable! They were very thorough in diagnosing her and they made sure to explain everything to me. She was already feeling better by the time we got home. They even sent her home with an extra churu since she loved them so much. So thankful to have them close by now! I can't say enough great things. Highly recommend!!

I took my sweet cat, that I got as a 7th grader (I'm now 27), to OnPoint yesterday due to skin discomfort he was experiencing after not being able to get him into the regular vet quickly. Needless to say, he's so important to me, and it's scary to entrust him to just anyone. It was so easy to get him in, and they were welcoming to us as soon as we walked in the door though! They promptly and gently got him back to the examination room. April, our vet tech, was absolutely incredible. If you get her during your visit, rest assured that good kind hands are taking care of your sweet baby. My boy loved her immediately, and it made me so thankful and feel so secure there. Dr. Garcia and April took such great care of him, and I could tell that after all they did for him he was already feeling better. Also, I'm a girl on a budget, and the bill, while expected up front, was way less scary than I anticipated. I have never had a better vet experience with my cat. Thank you so much for helping him feel better, offering solutions, and for making me feel better about everything. My kitty and I appreciate you!

My husband and I are in Ft. Walton for work and our dog decided to eat something she shouldn’t have. OnPoint got us right in and took the very best care of our girl. Thank you to the OnPoint team for saving our puppies life! On Monday night, a couple hours after receiving vaccinations, Daisy had a severe allergic reaction and went into anaphylactic shock. The moment we arrived, the OnPoint team sprang into action. As they cared for her, we were provided with ongoing updates with realistic and detailed information about her condition and the potential outcomes. The entire team was so compassionate, knowledgeable, and they took care of our girl as if she was their own. Without their quick reaction and expertise in handling emergency situations, Daisy would not be here today. We live in FWB, and are so thankful OnPoint open their doors recently, as based on how dire her situation was, Daisy likely would not have survived the drive to other emergency clinics. My cat Artemis had had medical issues in the past, so when he was suddenly unable to stand, I took him here right away. Dr Craig and her techs April, Valerie, and Carie were AMAZING. So compassionate and gentle toward my boy. They diagnosed him and had a treatment plan right away and were able to calm my frantic state. THANK YOU!
