I live in the 20. The staffs are really nice and the facilities are good. But the elevator has broken down for more than four times this month(and I was trapped in it once for a few minutes). Most of the time it takes about a whole day to be fixed and we have to walk the stairs up and down. Everything else is great, but I truly hope they can do something to the elevator.

Warm staffs and brand new apartment with lots of modern and luxury amenities. People at the front desk are also very nice and welcoming. Special shoutout to Abby at the leasing office for helping us with the transferring process once we decided the room we initially leased did not fit our needs. Overall a 5-star experience. Strongly recommended.

It has been 2 months since my move-in, and so far I've been loving everything about the apartment! My move-in process was very smooth, and I want to give a special shout out to Julia from the leasing office who helped make everything simple and straightforward. Julia communicated very well throughout the process, and was very quick with responding to the many questions I had. She was patient and took the time to explain my options, and is very knowledgeable about the apartment overall. I'd also like to give a shout out to the building concierges who are very warm and helpful. Since this is a new building, I love that all the appliances are new!! Maintenance is also VERY quick to respond to and fix issues, which I really appreciate. One time my washing machine died mid wash at night, and immediately 8:30am next morning maintenance stopped by to fix it. The only criticism I have is that the elevators on 20 Prospect building breaks down a lot, which can be very inconvenient since my room is pretty far from the elevators/stairs.

Since entering the building until finishing all paperwork I had the a great feeling about Prospect at US. Everybody in the community is polite, smiling, and the place transmits a very good energy. I also had an amazing experience with Chantal, she suggested me the best options based on my budget and what I was ideally looking for. Hopefully I will call this place home soon.

The apartment's prime location offers the convenience of having the train station right at your doorstep and the Somerville Community Path a couple blocks away making commuting a breeze. The dynamic neighborhood has a variety of parks, dining and entertainment options; there’s always something exciting to explore!

Painlessly simple and quick leasing process. I've rented from a new Bozzuto managed property prior and alway have a pleasant experience.Julia is always on top of logistics, reservations, and any inquiries from before, during, and after moving in. Turnaround time via email are always within 24 hours and the 24/7 staffed front desk is always smiling and welcoming. Apartment wise, ceilings are high, quiet and insulated (noise and temperature wise), appliance and amenities are great. Bonus: close to work and public transits.
