Am
I
a
pizza
connoisseur?
Not
sure.
I
have
however
eaten
a
few
metric
tons
of
it
in
my
40
plus
years
across
this
great
country
of
ours.
Gas
station
pizza,
New
York,
tavern
style,
coal
fire,
New
Haven
pizza.
As
a
Chicagoan
I
will
say
that
the
idea
of
a
deep
dish
anything
usually
turns
my
stomach.
So
when
this
was
recommended
by
a
friend
I
was
visiting
I
was
not
overly
excited.
Well
let
me
say
that
I
couldn’t
have
been
more
wrong.
The
small
puck
sized
deep
dish
pizzas
are
delightfully
chewy/crisp
and
satisfying.
Had
a
pepperoni
and
a
sausage,
and
I’ve
not
stopped
thinking
about
this
place
since.
If
I
was
anywhere
in
the
Greater
Tampa
area
I’d
definitely
find
time
to
drive
over
here
for
a
few
two
tree
of
these
pucks
regularly.
